I couldn't delete the old address myself because I got the error message: “You are the owner of a contract with this organization and cannot leave it. Please contact our support for assistance.”. After explaining the problem several times, forwarding it to support and re-analyzing the problem (the questions were always the same, which I had already explained in the course), customer service was unable to solve such a simple issue. Extremely unprofessional and incapable of solving something that was actually so simple. The constant re-answering of my questions in the same chat window, the lack of understanding of the problem, a complete mess. Sometimes even my data was gone from my CRM. Therefore, absolutely no recommendation for Podio (at Progress.com).
