Asana has definitely improved productivity and communication because everyone can see the same information in real time. If team members do not update their tasks, check notifications, or actually mark things complete, then it quickly becomes a very organized record of everything nobody is doing. Without clear rules for how the team should use it, things can get cluttered fast. Some of the best features are only available on paid plans, and costs can add up as the team grows.
