Monday lässt sich flexibel an die Bedürfnisse verschiedener Teams und Projekte anpassen.
Außerdem finde ich die verschiedenen Ansichten wie Timeline, Kanban und Kalender sehr gut und helfen dabei, den Überblick über Projekte zu behalten und Aufgaben effizient zu verwalten

Nachteile

Die Preispläne können verwirrend sein, da sie pro Benutzer berechnet werden und eine Mindestteamgröße von drei Personen für kostenpflichtige Pläne erforderlich ist

Wir kamen bisher recht easy damit zurecht.

Nachteile

Es ist der wahrscheinlich schlechteste Service den wir im Internet erlebt haben. Das Billing System hat die Gebühr zweimal bei uns abgebucht. Das brachte eine mehr als drei Monate Tortour mit sich. Bis heute ist es nicht geklärt. Alles wird auf uns geschoben und Service eiert mit Standartmails rum. Wir haben neben unseren Kontoauszügen auch bestätigungen unserer Bank übermittelt. Statt die 200 Euro zu überweisen wird mit dem Finance Team hin und her geeiert und vertröstet. Eine niemals endende Geschichte. Wir werden wohl wechseln. Das ist so eine Katastrophe in dem Laden.

Vorteile

Übersichtliche Benutzeroberfläche, einfache Erstellungen von neuen Projekten, individuelle Anpassung und Echtzeit-Updates. Aber vor allem die Kommentarfunktion unter jeder Tasks hat es uns ermöglicht, fast ohne E-Mails auszukommen.

Nachteile

Je nach Anzahl der Mitarbeiter, kann es dann irgendwann sehr teuer werden. Daher vorher genau überlegen, wer wirklich mit Monday arbeiten muss und wer nicht.

Vorteile

Monday.com schafft dir eine offene Plattform die dir viele Möglichkeiten gibt aber gleichzeitig dich nicht mit zu vielen Dingen überflutet.

Nachteile

Die einfache Möglichkeit Objekte zu Personen zuzuordnen die keine User sind/bzw. Abhängigkeiten zu schaffen.

Vorteile

Task-Management. Die Darstellung der Aufgabenpakete innerhalb eines Projektes ist super. Man hat stehts einen Überblick darüber, was zu tun ist. Zusätzlich können alle Arten von Dateien hinterlegt werden.

Nachteile

Für Mitarbeiter, die das Tool nur selten verwenden, kann es aufgrund der vielen Funktionen zu komplex sein. Ich empfehle, Monday nur zu beschaffen, wenn täglich damit gearbeitet wird.

Die bearbeitung von Dokumente war bei mir nicht wie erwartet und zu zweite wäre noch besser für die Leute, die nicht Englisch sprechen können.

Our department started to use this web base platform due to friendly feature it has and low-cost charges according to our leaders. It's also very easy to adjust the design and troubleshoot some minor issues without reaching out to IT department in contrast to the old platform we used to have.

I'm not quite certain if it's doable on the side of admin or just the apps lacking this feature but I'm looking forward that this platform any time soon will have a round robin thing so that we don't have to assigned the task manually to each user. No sound in notification.

I love how easy it is to organize my projects and their tasks using monday.com. I can set request date, due dates, start and end dates. There's a ton of customizability!

Their automations are a tease. When you first set up a free account they let you use automations for a couple weeks, and then turn them off. You have to have a paid account to use any automations. Even if a two or three automations were available to a free account would be nice.

I love the way dashboards can be used to integrate separate departments together. This works particularly well for Marketing Agencies where work is shared between departments but individual departments still operate individually.

I sometimes find Monday can be quite rigid in how tasks are assigned and then moved around on timelines. Having to go into board to access tasks or even not being able to 'peek into' a task can make it harder to breeze over work and tasks completed without feeling a bit 'bogged down'.

It's very easy to understand and intuative to use. I've introduced it for a number of projects with our team and we've had no issues with getting team members to engage with it.

The user limits can be confusing between paid seats and guests and we found out the hard way that we had "oversold" our seats!

How user friendly the software is. It's intuitive and really easy to navigate.

Sometimes almost too much choice which can make it easy to try and do too much. This can then sometimes over complicate what you're trying to do.

Monday.com has a lot going for it, with a beautiful and customizable board system as its main selling point. Another interesting is that it has the so-called “pulse” to immediately show the state and workload of a particular project and team members.

A weakness that could improve for monday.com: Lack of detailed reporting, though creating ready reports can be problematic.

Vorteile

Monday is VERY easy to customize to fit our processes and then easy to maintain. The table view is much easier to use than other similar systems. Being able to switch between table and Kanban was extremely valuable.

Nachteile

It's not as easy to customize notifications/types without a large upgrade to the plan. The less expensive plans definitely lack many features. There is also not a "todo" list function (where I can privately manage tasks not viewable by others).

The visibility to look at the status of each project and see daily, weekly updates at a quick glance. Also, the collab function to provide team updates and tag specific person to nudge them about their projects is a great help.

Nachteile

The reporting type (graphs) are very basic and limited to a point. I cannot drill it down to the level of detail I need without creating other metric dashboards or cards.

Monday has a shallow learning curve that actually increases as you get deeper and deeper into the various functions and customizations. Learning how to use it as a board-user was instantaneous, and learning to manage a board using standard features was simple. But there's a lot more beyond that, if one has use for features beyond the basics. We haven't integrated other platforms into our Monday but the option to do so is helpful.

There are occasional outages. Some lasted over 12 hours but most ended within 2-3 hours of a coworker noticing.

Monday is a powerhouse of templates. I loved going through to see all the options available to me and decided to edit one of the existing templates that met most of my needs.

Cost is the only thing I was bummed about. I know it is not that expensive for what you get but for a small operation like mine it was just a bit out of my comfort zone.

There are also task management tools that help us plan and execute our project tasks efficiently and in an orderly way.

So far, all is perfect with monday.com. Nothing really about monday.com has failed to impress us.

Monday.com is a very friendly project management software. It made juggling tons of projects at once super easy. We used it alongside our trusty Google sheets to keep track of everything, and it even worked with Word so we could share and edit documents all in one place . Monday.com had a color-coding system that helped us see which projects were super important and which ones could wait a bit.

The software is great; itt can be a bit too much for a beginner. It seamlessly opened up the door to other software applications creating curiosity. We had to have programmers on staff to integrate the software at times. There's no real AI assistant to give you an idea of how the different software would work or how they would affect your projects

Having a visual representation of the data is very helpful in understanding and implementing positive changes.

Also, the AI chat bot is insanely accurate in getting you to the right resources or even solving your issue there and then.

Although there are so many automations available, I can sometimes spend a long time finding the correct one I want to use and it can me a sort of trial and error. Maybe I just need to spend more time learning how they work etc.
