Grateful for the realtionship I have with Cloudbeds.
I believe one of the biggest things lacking today in business is relationship and loyalty. Overall my experience with Cloudbeds has certainly been more positive but not without challenges and problems. Recently, it appears as though Cloudbeds is taking steps to focus more on relationship and supporting their partners. I am grateful for my relationship with Cloudbeds.
Vorteile
I have been with Cloudbeds since their origin. I am grateful for the way they have supported my business/ministry. During Covid, Cloudbeds showed up in a big way, and gave me grace in regards too the financial burden during a very difficult season. This selfless act showed me their commitment as a partner.
What I am most impressed with is their continued innovation, and the consistency of the platform.
Nachteile
The growth opportunity is in regards to customer service. I was recently assigned a new account manager which I am very grateful for. The turnover has been exhausting and worrisome. Relationships matter! No hospitality partners, no Cloudbeds. When I have immediate needs, there is not enough support.

Cloudbeds exceeds our expectations with SERVICE second to none1
A pure pleasure, start to finish. If you hae a small hotel this platform is for you.
Vorteile
It is easy to use on the desktop or mobile.... and the Service is amazing.. Always available. Aways helpful and patient... Always knowledgable... It is this life blood of our small hotel
Nachteile
nothing really... it meets all our needs and then some!

Cloudsbeds is an everyday use for our company!
We use Cloudbeds everyday, it helps keep our business organized and easily accessible for all of our staff.
Vorteile
Cloudbeds is a great program that we use to manage all of our asset in the hospitality work environment. For managing a hotel Cloudbeds makes the job a lot easier, all rooms easily organized and accessible and it even links up with other programs to allowed instant booking. Even does jobs for us like automate e-mails and responses. I recommend Cloudbeds!
Nachteile
The only real problem we have found with Cloudbeds was there was a bit of a steep learning curve. Also there was things that we needed and the program didn't offer BUT we contacted the support team and they would implement it into the program!!

Versatile all in One PMS
The overall experience has been positive. I have been operating three small properties proven to be a great solution.
Vorteile
The versatility of Cloudbeds is very attractive. You are able to add useful modules such as revenue management and housekeeping.
Nachteile
It is a bit expensive when you start to add functionality. Some of the modules such as housekeeping and revenue management could be better.

Overall recommended but hope you can make some improvements

the PMS and UX. Easy to use for everyone. Set up is easy and flexible. Integrations are useful
Nachteile
the Booking Engine - not flexible enough.
PIE - trialled but the rate shopper took the wrong rates, not BAR so rate shopping comparison was useless to us.
