That level of support made a huge difference, especially while setting up eight listings. Another small frustration is that when we receive a notification for a new guest message and click on it, it takes us to the Hostaway homepage rather than directly to the relevant conversation in the inbox. It would be much more practical if notifications linked straight to the message.
