Based on my experience with Google Cloud, I have had the opportunity to see how it has evolved over the last 7 years. I believe that Google Cloud's main strength today lies in its offering of data management, AI, BigData, Business Intelligence and Infrastructure for database services.

We consistently use GCP for data management and reporting infrastructure. Support is always a quick call/email away and often if the rep doesn't have the answer, they have the resources available to them to get the answer (no matter how technical).

GCP is very poweful, great UX

It has been good, I came from on-premise/physycal servers, and the inherit tools of the cloud are incredible useful. But maybe, this features are not exclusive of GCP, other vendors has similar features. In general, the UX of GCP is great.
