Collectly is a tech-enabled account receivable service and software provider that provides collection services and software for medical practices, RCM companies, and hospitals to accelerate patient cash flow, streamline the A/R process and enhance the patient billing experience. Collectly offers a HIPAA-compliant web portal that allows businesses to manage accounts and automate billing workflows and also allows patients to submit online payments and enroll in payment plans. In addition, Collectly offers a patient support team to handle all A/R needs for businesses that are looking to outsource patient collections. With Collectly, businesses are able to collect payment with a week or two and reduce the number of patient calls. Collectly helps automate the entire statement process by providing the tools to help businesses automate billing workflows. Collectly automatically sends patient statements via emails, text, calls, direct mail, live chat and push notifications. Businesses are able handle many different patient inquires by transitioning away from inbound calls to live chat. Collectly offers an integrated ticket support system and is able to integrate third-party EHR and PM systems.

Our company manages several practices and with our PM software, we would have to send statements for each practice separately and manually which was time consuming and subject to human error. Now the process is fully automated and we Collect more of our patient A/R, faster.

Vorteile

The fact that Collectly is fully integrated with our practice Management software and the workflow is fully automated.

Nachteile

The workflow has been perfect but I think the UI can use some improvement.

We are super happy with Collectly. We feel that the customer service is second to none. Any feedback we have provided, Collectly has taken seriously and has either implemented the solution or given us a workaround. I love how up to date Collectly is with the healthcare space.

Vorteile

The chat function has decreased our patient frustration and allowed patients to get answers to their bill while on the go. Patients being able to customize payment plans and feel they have control on their medical bill has also been a huge success. We do not get complaints of not being able to talk to a person because they get a live person in the chat.

Nachteile

We are really looking forward to the ability to have a card reader in our clients offices as well as more development in the front desk module as far as intake paperwork goes.

I enjoy it, makes it easy for patients to make payments and send out reminders.

Vorteile

I like that patients get an invoice emailed and they are also text for bill reminders

Nachteile

Payments are not always applied correctly.

Overall this software (and the team who supports it) has been an incredible element to add to our billing office. We are very pleased with our start and plan to continue using this software as our patient billing system going forward.

Vorteile

This software makes contacting and collecting from patients very easy. The integrated platform with EClinicalWorks is amazing and we have had very little issue with syncing and maintaining correct patient balances. My team also enjoys the chat function as we are able to help more patients with less interruption (ex. the chat feature makes it very easy to explain billing, answer questions, and transmit documents to patients.) Once all implementation is complete, the "fine-tuning" available via templates allows us to manage our practice's statement messages with ease. The payment plan feature is effective for engaging patients to pay large balances.

Nachteile

As with any new software, there are glitches during implementation. These caused some anxiety for patients as they were related to being over-contacted or receiving inaccurate balances. However, the team at Collectly responded immediately and were very helpful in getting our issues resolved.

Very easy to deal with and an easy to set up with our Eclinical Works software.

Vorteile

It is very user friendly and the statements that go out to our customers is much easier for them to understand.

Nachteile

Have not been using it long, so we really have not discovered any issues as of now.
