Lucidchart let me put those flows on a page in a way that just made sense visually, and people actually engaged with it rather than scrolling past a long email. The real-time collaboration stood out too. Being able to have a colleague jump into a diagram I was building and edit it live saved a lot of back-and-forth. We used it heavily for org charts when our team structure shifted, and having everyone work off one live document rather than emailing updated versions around was a relief.
