Tracking Issues
Excellent, solving my credit card purchase tracking issues
Vorteile
i liked the ease of Use, very easy to take a picture of receipt to load. I also liked the ability to assign multiple company gl"s.

The employees were hesitant to use the product.

Best Expense Report Software for Business
I have been using Expense Point for over 10 years in my Company and have had great success. It is easy to set up itemized accounts and the final review can be electronically transmitted to the paying office.
Service on problems which have been very few is prompt

Very good product

takes a while to upload photos. Japanese trasnlation is not perfect yet.

Great Customer Service

ExpensePoint has helped streamline our processes
After some initial "hiccups" in setting things up, the program is working well for us now and has streamline our expense process and reduced the time we spent on this area.

Streamlined the expense reporting process greatly

Easy to use, huge savings of time, having all receipts in one, easily accessible place, customized reports
Nachteile
Certain fields are defaulted that you have to change with each new category, would be nice to have customer driven defaults as opposed to system driven ones. The initial uploads had some issues, but we found that came from not using the desktop version.

Very pleasant experience, Kelly Marceniuk made the walk through very easy to understand

Very user friendly, I like being able to take a picture of my receipt and capture it as an expense immediately.
Nachteile
none that I can think of at this time. I am a new user but have experience with Concur solutions. This software looks to be at the very least, just as user friendly

Very Helpful
Representative was very quick to help me, and was thorough in her explanation to make sure I fully understood the software.
Vorteile
User friendly and very dynamic. The reports are so great, and the graph's really add to the presentation.
Nachteile
No issues! When I thought I had problems representative was right there to help me work through it and get me back up and running!

Great experience
great experience i love it

The training I received at the beginning was amazing and she answered all my questions and took her time on making sure i understood everything. when i have questions she always replies to my emails with a solution.
Nachteile
sometimes the software can be very slow, specially when adding receipts it takes 20 min-30min sometimes.

The category editing section could use a little work. It is hard to edit categories during the initial set-up.

I love the process and the capabilities it has.

The software is easy to navigate through. It also allows me to decline one expense versus declining the whole report for one item.

Overall I am satisfied
Vorteile
I found the software easy to use and required very few clicks.
Nachteile
Not sure if this software related but for reimbursement we did not want to use Forte. The alternative option needs to be better streamlined.
