You can create slots for multiple hiring managers/interviewers to ensure they receive booking confirmations. It is also great for keeping track of where candidates are in the hiring process and providing you have set things up correctly, is great at sending pre made templates etc. Never had an issue with this. > > **Nachteile**: The cost and the glitches. It is expensive and we have got the basic package. There is also a glitch that when you make notes on an application, this comes up over the timeline and you are not able to get rid of it. > > It has been great to use. What was most disappointing was the vast cost we were paying, for little product. Compounding this, the team were not very helpful or swift in enhancing the product, or indeed working with us to get what we paid for. > > Very disappointing. Appreciate it wasn't set up properly to start with (way before our time), but one hoped that by working with the company we could improve the setup and get it up to what we were paying for.
