Ease of use and great back up service. If I have ever encountered an issue there are multiple options for getting help. You interact with a real person and that person helps you right through to completion.

Nachteile

Nothing really. Some minor issues from time to time but they are more often than not operator error.

Vorteile

I find iSpring Suite incredibly valuable for creating training content and designing courses. The suite has significantly contributed to developing engaging courses through interactive role plays, simulations, and quizzes. I particularly appreciate the content library, which includes a diverse collection of characters, icons, and backgrounds that greatly enhance my creativity and allow for effective visual content development. This resource is not only versatile but also facilitates the creation of engaging and interactive materials, especially in the healthcare sector, by enabling the development of scenarios relevant to patient services. Additionally, I am impressed by the comprehensive array of tools and resources iSpring Suite offers, empowering teams to create high-quality, cutting-edge training materials. The design of the software is sleek and user-friendly, making it remarkably easy to navigate and use even for those who might not be tech-savvy. This combination of features makes iSpring Suite an outstanding choice for developing advanced training experiences

Nachteile

I find that iSpring Suite could be improved by assisting more with the development of animated and illustrative scenarios. Currently, it lacks in providing rich visuals, dynamic movements, and character-driven narratives that could better capture attention and convey complex concepts in a visually engaging manner. Improving in these areas would enhance understanding and retention, offering a more immersive experience for the audience.

Vorteile

I find the interface clean and easy to use. Integration with PowerPoint is, well, on point and make for quick authoring. Software updates prove to be consequential as well. The inclusion of a in-app screen reader/VO is a perfect add-on for my clients' needs and I can't wait to deploy that feature in version 2.0 of our content.

Nachteile

I've noticed some issues that I'd like to see resolved. For example, I find it annoying that the presentation (PowerPoint) is locked while editing quizzes and interactions. Copying reusable content from the slide to the interaction, quiz, or simulation would be immensely helpful. I've also found some minor DB-related issues with values not saving on the Marketplace app. It's a small problem to resolve from a technical perspective, but bewildering to a non-initiated user who's relying on these tools to run a business.

It makes SCORM files that I can then put into our training site for very job specific trainings that aren't offered in the site library of trainings. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing.

Nachteile

Had several struggles and the IT was very unhelpful until the person I'd been working with for 4+ months went on vacation, the sub was great and solved my problem in less than a week. She was the first person of theirs that was actually helpful and kind. all other Support staff treated me like I was stupid then couldn't solve my problems and only replied between 11p and 4a where I am despite saying they were 24/7. The last girl however was amazing and this does not reflect on her.

Vorteile

Having it as a PowerPoint toolbar is very helpful as creating slides with animations already works. It's easy to add quiz questions and interactions. There is a lot of customization options for the player which runs the slide set within it. The interactions allow text wrapping around an images (while PowerPoint still doesn't). The help/tutorial documentation was also created well, emailing help with questions was responded to in a timely manner.

Nachteile

In one word, Price. We didn't like pricing where we are paying for 12 months for the maximum number of learners on our plan, even if we only needed to give individuals access for 4 months. They did give us a discount for being a non-profit, but the price increase was too much for us.
