It’s not cluttered like most task managers out there. The "Any.do Moment" feature is a game-changer for me. It's this little morning routine that pops up and forces you to sort through your day before everything gets crazy. I also love that they actually combined the calendar and the to-do list in a way that makes sense. You don't have to jump between two different apps just to see when you're free. Adding tasks is super quick because the app understands natural language, so if you type "Call Adrian tomorrow at 5" it just schedules it perfectly. The mobile widgets are also incredibly smooth. > > **Nachteile**: My biggest issue is that once your projects grow, Any.do starts to feel too basic. So if you love building complex systems with deep subtasks, tags or custom templates (like you can do in Notion), you’re going to hit a wall here very quickly. It just doesn't have that depth. Also the pricing is getting hard to justify. A lot of basic features that should be in my opinion free, like simple color tags or recurring reminders, are locked behind the premium subscription.
