It is simple to use and I love how it's constantly evolving. Previously, we did everything by hand, spreadsheet and through our bank. We do not have other product experience for comparison in this industry. Having said that, we like having the ability to communicate with our students, manage banking and payments and the ability to set up retail sales through the app. > > **Nachteile**: The software is not organized in a fashion that is intuitive to me or my staff. There are too many clicks and prompts to get through in order to complete a simple task. An example is that in order to communicate with the entire student body, you cannot use the communications tab. You are forced to use the "All Customers" tab. This is counterintuitive. There, as far as we know, is no method for "fulfilling" multiple retail orders simultaneously.
