Confirmit is user friendly logical, flexible, solid and stable. Perhaps one of the best features of the software is the level of support available to customers. With SLA's in the hour mark no survey operator in my career lifetime have beaten confirm'its speed of response and proactive approach to problem solving. Other providers have taken days even weeks to resolve issues.
