Vorteile
I absolutely love the ease of use!! I also love how they now have an inexpensive option for those who are just getting started on the platform.
Nachteile
It isn’t as customizable as other platforms. It definitely gets the job done though. I cannot complain.

Not able to access my account from a week
Not good.

Overall easy interface however lot of login issues.
Nachteile
Not able to access my teachable account from more than a week. Every time it access to confirm your device but doesn't send any code to the registered email address which is [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]
email the support multiple time but no support. What should I do now?

Easiest and Most Aesthetically Pleasing Course Creation Software On The Market

I love how quickly you can construct a course with this software. The user experience is beautiful and intuitive.
Nachteile
The "one-click" upsell feature is actually a two-click upsell which is suboptimal for marketing purposes. In general I'd rather create my own marketing material than use Teachable's sales page and shopping cart.

Reviewed this product for classroom use...and found a second source of income for colleagues
Vorteile
The software is intuitive and I can use what I load in class and use it. Once it's saved, it's there for years to come. I can have as many students and courses as I want...and I can sell them if I am able to do so (maybe a project for later)
Nachteile
The pricing of this program makes it lack feasibility for my school or classroom. To have five owners, we would pay a month. If I am able to sell my courses, then this might be offset by the income...I'm unsure since that's not my purpose in use. For classroom instruction, this program probably isn't the best. But, if you have great courses you can sell (private industry), you may make good money with this. It just wasn't a fit for my purposes.

This has a fantastic free platform as long as you aren't selling your courses. I use my courses as a way to connect and build trust so it's great to find a platform that doesn't cost an arm and a leg

Perfect for course management

As a user, I wanted an interface that would be easy to navigate and refer back to when I need to see content. I liked using the Teachable platform because it was easy to understand and simple to use daily
Nachteile
There wasn't really anything I didn't like, maybe it would have been nice to have a tab to get all the downloads in one place

Basic platform to create courses
My overall experience with teachable was good it just did not fit my needs.
Vorteile
Teachable is very popular among course creator's so it was on my list to use when I decided to teach courses online.
Nachteile
I like the platform but even found out about a better platform for my needs. Less expenses and user friendly of myself and students.

If you´re planning on start you own web school, this is the right tool.
Vorteile
The tools is extremely easy to configure and in less than 30 minutes you can get your course running in your own school.
Nachteile
In my case, the fact that I had to pay some amount for a basic service made me not like it, but the platform is good.

A Mature Platform
Very mature platform, but as nowadays a lot of new platforms are raising up with cheaper options with the same even more functions, it seems like it will be quite competitive in the LMS field.
Vorteile
Personally I like the reliability of Teachable, it is very stable and seamless. I should say Teachable might be the most advanced LMS platform on the market.
Nachteile
The downside is as a user when you are at the start-up stage it is quite hard to choose which tier should choose. The zapaier integration is very useful and powerful but only available from the Pro plan. That is a kind of painful for testing the water.

Good software
Vorteile
I really like this software. I ended up going with a different one simply because my business partner wanted to use a different platform but I really did like this company a lot. I have taken several courses on it as a user and it's very user friendly. And it looked very simple from the back end.

Teachable has been a breeze to use, and they're committed to helping their customers succeed.
Teachable has provided the framework I need to put out my online courses and provided resources to help me launch those courses successfully.
Vorteile
It's easy to use, and it takes the part of "how do I get all of my knowledge out of my head and in front of people" headache out of the equation. Setup was quick and easy, as is the editor. Teachable also provides tuns of resources to help course creators get started producing high-quality courses.
Nachteile
Sometimes the text editor can be buggy, requiring me to refresh the page. My gripes are pretty minor.

Great software, makes it easy to learn

I love using teachable to learn from courses (like Full-time Filmmaker). It has a good interface in-browser, and works well across all devices.
Nachteile
It won't let me uncheck after completing a section of the course. And there's no search bar which would be really handy.
