Vorteile

It's easy to use and has a good, clear interface that doesn't overwhelm you. I enjoy their Advanced Search feature since it made it easy for me to rank the best candidate for the job from my talent pool based on criteria that I can freely specify. I've been able to find people who were not a good fit for the position they applied for but turned out to be a fantastic fit for another later on.

Nachteile

The extension is extremely useful to create candidates. I wish it could create contacts and companies as well.

Extremely user-friendly, great features, can be customized to the needs of the client, has customer support always available to help and explain, candidates are easy to track and update, as well as jobs and clients, has amazing search options into the systems itself.

The system has bugs sometimes but they are always fixed within minutes by the support team.

The best part is the ability to track all of our applicants and store their data in a systematic way. The ability to add and assign jobs along with the different permission levels for recruiters/ admins and consultants has helped us streamline our work. The social tab for candidates is a unique feature. Outlook integration and the LinkedIn chrome extension are great addons. Overall, the software works great for us and we love it.

Most importantly, the guys at Manatal were always ready to help whenever we had any trouble with the system and most of the time solved our issues instantly.

Nachteile

The option to customize the home page is lacking, however it is concise.
The career page themes need to be a little more customisable to help companies build a more personalized solution.

Simple, efficient UI but highly customizable at the same time

information,..). Tools like the email
templates really help a lot with
routine tasks. Gmail integration works like a charm and now all conversations with candidates can be archived directly in their profile making it very easy to pick up where a colleague was previously working.

So far nothing bad to report. The software does everything we need and does it well.

Contains tons of features, make sure to read the documentation for step-by-step guides or Youtube videos guides to make sure you leverage all the tools Manatal has to offer. Support has also been both very responsive and helpful. Favorite features have to be job board posting and the candidate scoring tool.

Nachteile

The search function should allow to use boolean + attributes at the same time. This is something they said will be added soon but other than that there is nothing really that I do not like.

The implementation was very easy and with the training provided to me and my team we were fully operational in a matter of hours. Thanks to the customer support for that! There are many features that make our lives easier such as the recommendation engine which screens candidates according to job descriptions. The custom career page builder allows us to have our own career page without having to do any coding or such. Lastly the pricing is the best we have found in the market, very straightforward and with no extra costs.

Nachteile

The career page is customizable and the provided template are good but I would like to have more options to customize the career page such as more templates.

The platform is so easy to use anyone can start recruiting within 30 minutes. Posting jobs on social media and job boards can be done in a few clicks only, all the applicants are funneled directly in the ATS in the specific role and then the AI helps automatically sort the best candidates.

No options to switch the interface in other languages than English.

centralize all our communications

Managing consent of candidates

to customize the font size as
letters can be a bit small in some

The CV formatting needs some work and more optimized. It misses the features like other CRM which allow you to customize more so one can move and headings and summaries. and also the e-mail integration can be better as it can be complicated if user don't have outlook to support the integration.

2 - Easy to use. We were able to learn how to use most of the platform's features in 30 minutes. For the rest the support team helped us.
3 - We now have our own customized career page.
4 - Since we deal with a lot of resume, the mass import and parsing features are a huge time save.

The mobile version is not as easy to use as on desktop but all features are there so there are no limitations to what we can do.

The interface makes tracking candidates and jobs extremely easy. I also love the notes system, which allows collaboration with teammates and sharing info on candidates for a specific application. Lastly, I don't need to move back and forth to my Gmail as it can be connected directly into Manatal.

We first started using Manatal during one of our bigger internal recruitment campaigns, and I'm happy to say that we were not disappointed. At the time, our main concern was to widen
our target talent pool and the ATS saved us so much time and effort
that we continued using afterwards. It makes candidates' data much more manageable and easy to retrieve.

Nachteile

A desktop app would be wonderful. The web app is very nice and it has never given us any trouble, just personally I don't like web browser experience.

What I like most is that the software is super easy to use and offer lots of tools that simplify our work. For example we can automatically post jobs and receive candidates from job boards, access all public social media of candidates, rank candidates by score based on a job description, connect our Gmail and Google Calendar and export candidates to MailChimp in order tu run email campaigns.

Nachteile

A feature to manage temporary/contract staffing would be a great addition as far as our needs go.

I was on a free trial then purchased 1 month to give the software a thorough review and trial. It did not work for our company. I reached out to manatal support multiple times telling them I wanted to cancel my subscription. They would never cancel my subscription and continued to charge me. After several more attempts with the company pleading for them to cancel my subscription they continued to charge my card. I finally had to report them to my credit card company. This is a fraudulent company. There are far better systems out there and way better customer service! BEWARE!!!

It has been a great tool to help us scale our soucing operations. Recruiting is now easier, candidate database management is super efficient as the system identifies automatically the best suited candidates and presents them to the recruiter

No big complaint at this point. In a perfect world I would like to see Whatsapp messaging included in the platform but from all the ATS we tested none of them offered that feature.
