I loved how thorough their team was during implementation-- they took us through each and every step and made sure we were fully enabled and capable of our data overhaul and implementation before our go-live date. Everything about the platform feels secure and safe-- the appropriate permission levels are available to us to ensure that everyone is able to see just enough that's acceptable for their level. There is SO MUCH capability and so many little granular options that is can be a little overwhelming familiarizing yourself with it at first.
