If you have the idea and the money, you can add and remove functions to suit your business
There are limits on some things you can do. Some of the functions take longer to do. eg. reprinting an invoice takes more steps than just pressing "send"
When you are adding functions, you also have to give up others for them to work

We needed to implement an integrated ERP into the business that was not excessively complex because of the relatively simple nature of our business model. We also needed something that was preferably designed around the nature of our business, which is mining.
Very simple and easy implementation. The modular structure of the software makes it simple to implement in stages without excessive down time. It is also theoretically designed primarily for mining which is the industry in which our business operates.
Structurally the software requires a fair bit of customisation if used in jurisdictions with significantly different business rules to Australia, where Pronto was developed. Some of the non-Australian business rules proved difficult to implement.

We did an upgrade in June and we are now in december and there are still bugs.
It has a great rental module that helps us with our core business

History of works orders is a huge benefit
Being able to look up plant items and view the works orders completed on this plant item, who completed them and the works order history notes are very useful for fault finding. aslo having a spares list for plant items is great when ordering new spare parts
a lot of the time pronto is not very intuiative, you have to use it often to know your way around it, like printing a works order is not a simple "press print" you have to make a report then view the report and then you can print it.
