I also love the ability to store digital files in their cloud that owners can access via link instead of having to email huge files. Sometimes they are in the way and I have to turn the phone sideways to get them out of they way. I loved the Shepherd software interface and invoice/flow task board/medical record combining but ultimately I chose Digitail because of the client facing app, telemedicine - virtual lobby and mapping for mobile house calls.
