Now we don't lose precious time doing the inventory every month, or checking if our assistants have removed pricesely the drugs used that day from our stock, or even calling the owners for a vaccine or a check-up reminder. We can focus on what we supposed to from the beginning, saving pets life without being preocupied that maybe you are left out of stock for some drugs or that maybe Charlie the Pug forgot about his annual check-up. I also love the ability to store digital files in their cloud that owners can access via link instead of having to email huge files. Sometimes they are in the way and I have to turn the phone sideways to get them out of they way. I had used Woofware at VCA, Avimark, Covetrus pulse, EazyVet and Banfield's soft ware. I loved the Shepherd software interface and invoice/flow task board/medical record combining but ultimately I chose Digitail because of the client facing app, telemedicine - virtual lobby and mapping for mobile house calls.
