I also like that employees can request shift changes, add their availability, and make leave requests. I also don't like that if I need to add two different positions to a shift then I have to copy one. It would be better if you could pick each position and number of people for a shift and then add the people for each position. Also, there is no way to link these together so the other people on those duplicate shifts can see who is working with them. In my case, I have many classes with a Lead Teacher and an Assistant Teacher.
