Juni 2018* > > **Vorteile**: easy to convert pdf's to any format and editing and can allow to modify any pdf and create a word document. > > **Nachteile**: program is hard to read on high resolution displays. So it is ok on a 1920x1080 display , but on a 4k display you need good eyes ----- ### "Decent PDF Tool with Excellent Excel Conversion but Room for Improvement" — 4.0/5 > **Indrakumar** | *26. Januar 2025* | Buchhaltung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The Excel conversion feature stands out and performs better than most other PDF editors. > > **Nachteile**: Each PDF opens in a new window, which can be frustrating. The software lacks functionality as a PDF viewer and doesn't support opening scanned PDFs > > A decent tool with good features, but there is room for improvement. ----- ### "Complex - Personalized Tutorial Needed" — 3.0/5 > **Kendra** | *11. März 2025* | Eventservice | Empfehlungsbewertung: 5.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: What I liked most about Able2Extract Professional was that it was visually nice > > **Nachteile**: What I liked least about Able2Extract Professional was that it was not user friendly > > I will spend time trying to adapt since I paid for the lifetime membership but Wondershare was easier to work with ----- ### "INCREDIBLY ACCURATE" — 5.0/5 > **BARRY** | *14. November 2024* | Buchhaltung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: THE INTERFACE OF THE PROGRAM WAS STRAIGHTFORWARD AND EASY TO USE. > > **Nachteile**: THERE WAS NOT A DROP-DOWN TO CLOSE A FILE, AS I'M USED TO. I DID FIND TO CLOSE THE OPEN FILE JUST HIT THE X-(CLOSE FILE) ON THE SCREEN > > THE PROGRAM EXPORTED DATA TO EXCEL BETTER THAN ANY OTHER PROGRAM I HAVE EVER USED OR TRIED. THE LAYOUT AND THE NUMBERS TRANSFERRED WITH FEW EXCEPTIONS AS COMPARED TO THE OTHER MAJOR COMPETITORS' PDF PROGRAMS, WHICH DISTORTED THE TEXT OR COMBINED TEXT AND NUMBERS TOGETHER CREATING LONGER REVIEW AND FIX TIME. ----- ### "My thoughts" — 5.0/5 > **Alex** | *10. Juli 2022* | Finanzdienstleistungen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Features I rely on most is the ability to create consistent templates that can be efficiently be applied across large documents. I enjoy the freedom to skip columns and set collums as a key for row creation. > > **Nachteile**: Some documents raise error messages and sometimes processes abort at an advanced stage of time input. Sometimes within the same document, certain pages cannot be processed. The product works great when the entire document is aligned properly and has an consistent text overlay. German special characters, maybe in earlier versions where not recognized. A2E is fantastic where it performs well, however, is not yet the only ocr solution required in all instances. > > I have a long standing exposure to this software. I consider it an essential part of my toolbox. I recognize that the company innovates well across its development and custumer service is sound. ----- Seite: 1 / 8\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.softwareadvice.de/software/62433/able2extract-professional?page=2) ## Links - [Auf SoftwareAdvice anzeigen](https://www.softwareadvice.de/software/62433/able2extract-professional) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
