Perfect way to gather all our PO's in one location - no more losing paper!
Vorteile
I LOVE that we can comment on the Purchase Orders to communicate, rather than emailing. It's way easier to locate conversations!
Nachteile
I dislike that you cannot alter a PO once it has been approved. Many times we have to estimate prices and when the invoice comes in we can't change the amounts (or the budgets!).

I wanted to follow up with you on your "cons".
If you are a finance user, you can actually make changes to purchase orders after they have been approved.
You are right about changing budgets though. We are working on that at the moment so I'll let you know once something has been changed there. It'll only be for finance users though as otherwise regular users could game the system and create POs for unauthorised amounts. A big no no :-)

Great value for money product
We got ProcurementExpress.com to handle the approval process for a 150-employee sized company. We were looking for ease of use and fast implementation. Since the adoption of ProcurementExpress.com we have been able to increase the control over purchase approvals (we have not overrun budget since then), we have eliminated bureaucratic forms that required physical signatures (and most times would be incomplete) and we have streamlined the approval process.

Simple system for PO
Vorteile
First of all it is very well designed, the interface looks really good. Also really easy to use with simple workflows that can adapt to your specific needs. Can get really robust without being overwhelming.
Nachteile
There are almost no cons to my experience, maybe just the reporting functions could be enhanced. Other than that its is really good solution.

Excellent Procurement Platform
The software was very easy to use even when I started using it. It really helps me a lot with managing the costs of my projects and even saves me some time with the "draft" PO's that I can create in advance. Thanks to Procurement for making my life easier!

Procurement has make it easier for me to buy and pay vendors on time by having the system that takes cares of everything for me.

Procurement Software
I make regular purchases from a few thousand $ to hundreds of thousands on a weekly basis and I am able to keep track of them through the approval process and the ability to keep all the relevant documentation in one place is a time saving feature. I like the fact it is not over complicated and doesnt try to do too much, just a limited scope but done very well.
Vorteile
It does exactly what I need it to do without lots of pointless features and add-ons. This makes it simple to use for all in the organisation. Approvals come quickly and the ability to store purchase documentation/contracts/offers etc with each PO is a useful resource.
Nachteile
I have no complaints. Only one slight niggle that it doesnt seem to remember my password and I have to enter it every time....this is trivial but I have to write something here.

Non for Profit Event
The rubber stamp system was a great part of your event and the success of us monitoring our position during our major youth event over 10 days. Although we only used this for short time the information we have been able to pull from this, post event has been great to see and use, as this has never been possible be for. The support from the team was great to help ensure we had it all set up correct as well as been able to do this fast and right the first time.

- Monitoring was a big part of our use for this tool during the event to ensure we were ion budget and helped the people sending to monitor there own budget easily
- Controling - just been able to limit access and restrict budgets.
- easy to use and set up, all of the users found this easy to navigate. It is a follow you nose system

ProcurementExpress.com has gotten better to use over the last couple of years. They have made changes as requested to improve the site, so I know that they are listening to suggestions. I haven't had any issues with the site as of late.

I like that the we have made suggestions over the years, and the company has truly listened. They have been able to cater to the needs of the company.
Nachteile
Sometimes I wish I could use short cut keys instead of having to use the mouse all the time. It's minor, so not a big deal.

I like that the software is quite logical and easy to use.
Nachteile
I don't like that when you are in a purchase order, you have to click on "Purchase Orders" at the top to access the search facility. You can use the search box at the top left of the screen, but this is not helpful if you would like to search for a particular suppliers purchase orders for example.

rich enough for complex financial management; easy enough to get working fast
Started using this well over a year ago. The team is improving it at a good pace. It is now very feature rich and remains easy to use.
Vorteile
Good value for the money. We use it for purchasing control and approval. It is not as good at tracking "traveling salesperson" expenses but it works OK for that. It does do budget tracking and provides good tools for proposing a big ticket expense, gathering information, organizing discussions about options, and then recording what was bought, when it was paid for, when it was delivered, etc.
Nachteile
It doesn't have features like importing data from corporate credit card accounts that you might want for a big team of outbound traveling people turning in expense reports after the fact.

The simplest way for any business to manage purchase orders
I needed software to help me manage our purchase orders. My team need to be able to make purchase requests while I am on the road. With our paper based system, it would take several days for me to sign off on purchase orders as I wouldn't see purchase order requests until i got back to the office
With ProcurementExpress.com, I am able to approve purchase orders for the team while I am not the road, plus our bookkeeper gets a full record of everything that we have purchased, and I get an instant view of how the budgets look.

Simple, we setup our entire staff and were up and running in a few minutes.
Fast: one click approval or rejections to any PO is just fantastic.

Descent Software
I really liked it at first but now as we come across more problems I'm really getting concerned. Why are there problems now nearly a year into implementation?

Its easy to navigate. It provides remaining budget amounts immediately when entering line items.
Nachteile
Too many errors after implementation of the software.
Select a department when starting the request but the individual line item dropdown menus show another department.

Dope software
Very easy to use, great for keeping the workflow. Approvers use mobile and keep projects on schedule. I would definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with purchase orders in their company.

editable if you make a mistake, comments and attachments are super useful.

I would love if the search function worked for everything, IE you could search comments, project names, etc, partial vendor names (IE spelling mistakes would make assumptions)

Previously our purchase orders were completed manually, the ProcurementExpress.com system makes this much easier for everyone.
Nachteile
When creating a draft of a PO, you need to fill in all the details which you don't always have, hence the draft. It would be good to be able to fill out and save POs for later that did not need all information right away.

When printing all the PO’s the formatting is incomplete compared to the original PO’s. There are work around such as printing, the screen, but what prints out is not what the PO actually looks like when you fill it out.

Wanted to save draft PO recently as I wait for final quotes to arrive.
I was told this option to save PO wasn't available. 2 days later thr feature came live.
A company who listens to customers needs and wants. In return acts on them.
Response time for support is within the hour, during regular business hours.

Maybe would want a PO APP for andriod. Since I'm always moving around I need to use my phone for PO creating.

Using ProcurementExpress.com is a breeze compared to products that I have used in the past.
This software makes using our P.O. system much simpler and more efficient.
Vorteile
Easy to use on a variety of platforms. Extremely user friendly and easy to train employees on the system.
Nachteile
When using the filters to look at different P.O.s, I will use the Job # filter to see all P.O.s written for that particular Job. After that when I select the Cost Code filter, the drop down menu still shows every Cost Code from every Job.

I had a very pleasant experience from the beginning, very helpful staff always accommodating .
We had an improvement in control of spending month to month and also provided a better accruals.
Vorteile
Great functionality in controlling budgets and spending of users. Most of all mobile web access make a life easier.
Nachteile
Not many cons for our business that was faced but would like to see more dash board reports setup showing remaining budget balance and spent for the period.

Dinda is a brazilian company and we were looking for a support for our budgets. One day we know a ProcurementExpress.com and so far has helped us a lot.

I really like this software because is a very ease to use. And if I have any problem or question, they help me in the same time.
Nachteile
Sometimes is very difficult to find some budgets or some purchase orders and I think if have one "Filter by column on the PO Dashboard" it would be easier.

I can't recommend this enough
ProcurementExpress.com is just amazing, so quick to set up, no getting forms and trekking round to several different offices for signatures, a green solution eliminating the need for paper (which in turn makes it easier to trace any previous purchase orders) Getting approval for vital expenditure is just so much faster and less painful now that we are using ProcurementExpress.com.

This program is fairly easy and straight forward to use. The only real issue we have with this is the inability to write Change Orders to an existing PO. Having to write another PO to our vendor can sometimes be very confusing to their billing departments and gets our commitments scrambled at times.

I use the software as a PO system for my company. An amazing and User Friendly P.O. software. It is easy to use, very versatile. Great "bang" for the buck. Especially if you get unlimited users.

Ease of use help make this software one of the best. I also enjoy the fact i can approve the PO`s remotely from the app, this keeps my staff extremely happy and they like approvals ASAP.

I have multiple PO`s to do for 1 supplier, the only think i need to change is the price however i must enter all the details from scratch. Needs to be a faster way of doing this.

The cart import feature is extremely handy. Reporting is straight forward and easy to use. The search function is pretty advanced for such a simple tool.
Nachteile
The lack of an inventory management system is a blessing and a curse. It's nice to be able to have free form entries but if you have any stock at all this is not the tool.

Great efficient product for budget controls
Reduce in spending and better control over budgets
Vorteile
I like approval features and control over budget features that it provides for department heads to control they own spending.
Nachteile
The reporting features are limited and custom ones has to be requested. The team are very helpful and quick with request. The requests are resolved within 24 hours.

Running like smooth Engine
When I work here, the paperwork always get lost and some people will claim that they never saw that paperwork before. So easy to lose the track for each paperwork and we got the ProcurementExpress.com, we start with budget paperwork...wow...we can see who haven't read it or haven't approved it.
It was easy to prompt specific person that haven't doing their job and paperwork was successful. We asked ProcurementExpress.com to add different paperwork in the system, they did that so teachers can keep track the paperwork from health dept, food service dept, transport dept, and school/dorm. It was running like smooth engine between various department which do help us know where the paperwork. Recommend you get this for sure and no more old song "I don't know" or "I never got that paperwork".

Great PO processing tool
We use ProcurementExpress.com as a PO request/approval system. Since implementing, we have effectively eliminated any unapproved purchases by various team member and across multiple locations.
Vorteile
Very intuitive, easy to use, easy to set up new users.
Nachteile
Nothing glaring. Any requests have been addressed quickly by the tech support team.

Easy, Faster and Customizeable
Vorteile
My life at work has become that much easier. Clear and easy to use software that cuts my time nearly in half. Customer service team is great! Fast reliable, and friendly.
Nachteile
Needs better drop down selection and would help if it didn't allow duplicates of product items if you accidentally add it without know its already there.
