When a client is a no show and you collect the deposit it goes to your billing and not to your bank account. That’s just ridiculous. > > As of 2019 my experience is horrific. When asked to fix or change things the response isn't quick or just told we can't do that. I have used other scheduling softwares before that are way more user friendly and I feel like Phorest should do some more research on other platforms to see how they work well and incorporate that into their own.
