Accident forms are lost if the screen times out- there will be no draft. When downloading the accidents the format of CSV confuses the information and it is not clear. A PDF or word doc format would also be brilliant. Staffing attendance and child attendance would be better if managers could adjust the times more easily. The sign in and out page, could be improved by being able to sign more than one in at once and not have to add a leave time. If the interaction with Xero was faster, i.e like banks electronically update Xero with the balances- it would be good if Famly interacted in the same way. We have 11 rooms to monitor at our Nursery, so to get the information in one screen is perfect for us.
