Power user

Domo is a great tool
Been using domo for the past year and it has great functionality and is quickly becoming a daily tool for us to explore new ways of how to see what the market is doing. Sales team over there is great as well.

The best BI tool!!!!
We used to have so many silo reports , all different this and that number. With do,o finally we have a centralized BI platform , start little steps easy but huge results , the best BI tool !!!

Very helpful to visualize data
Great product overall.
Vorteile
Ease of use, particularly once set up. Very helpful in visualizing data quickly and easily. Drill downs are very helpful.
Nachteile
Limited to graphs, charts and basic numbers. Would be good to integrate text better. Card system could be more flexible in arrangement and display functions.

This thing is fantastic! imports information from my other programs to generate reports with ease and at a moments notice. Allows me to accurately monitor multiple aspects of my efforts.
Nachteile
I still dont know how to use everything. (this is great really as there is so much more potential.)

Helpful BI tool, but at a cost

Beautiful user interface and graphical layouts are easy on the eyes and easy to present to C-level employees.
Nachteile
Very expensive for the functionality that you get. The price is really geared towards companies that use multiple data sets or have large chunks of data that need massaging.

Great people.
Vorteile
Easy to use, little or no training required by most user roles. Can be quickly be configured and integrated.
Nachteile
I would like a paid onboarding option to jumpstart my implementation. Without jumpstart project languished because counted too much on ease of use.

Sales team pitches unrealistic expectations to upper management but overall intuitive product
Upper management pushed unrealistic expectations due to sales pitch and soon found out non-technical users are not power users in domo

Nachteile
Cannot do SQL runs. Makes it heavily reliant on your engineering team to retrieve data. Also, graphs are not visually appealing
