Acuity was the best scheduling app on the market for years. It was the only app I could find that allowed the flexibility I needed, but it has major shortcomings. My biggest complaint was its reporting features, or lack thereof. It "integrates" with Square, if you don't care to know what items you sold. Breely allows me to get complete sales reports without any extra work. When a customer buys something on Breely, Square knows what it was. There are more upgrades in Breely than I can list here- but some big ones are: forms that make every aspect of your events, resources, and staff availability completely bespoke for your business; amazing customer service (I have never had better service anywhere); killer reporting and exporting of data that will allow me to make decisions about my business where I was operating blindly before.
