We were able to reroute it and continue producing high-quality pet food without a hitch. This SaaS solution is super convenient as it can be used immediately via the web upon implementation. The customizable dashboards allow our team to quickly check the information they need. Plus, thanks to the notification feature, everyone can stay informed without having to contact each other separately.

Nachteile

It's a bit disappointing that registration is only possible with Master B/L and not with House B/L. We used to manage both House B/L and Master B/L interchangeably, so unifying all B/Ls into Master B/L felt a bit cumbersome. But I guess that's something you have to deal with to some extent with any new system. And once you register the B/L information, it's convenient that all the necessary information is automatically retrieved.

Also, it has a strength in visibility. I could not find any other services which can provide simpler, easy-to-read screen. That was why I chose Tradlinx at the first place.

So far I could not find anything to complain yet, maybe I am just using certain features. I am willing to explore further about OV's other features, maybe then I can update my review.

I hope its dashboard can be more customizable to fit our minor needs. I need to predict and communicate its arrival time with our clients whereas our accounting department needs more information on its departure time.
