They have been giving us nothing but problems, weather that's flagging our drivers for "speeding (incorrect speed data on their software), or missing dash cam footage of multiple accidents. Its really unacceptable. I am so annoyed i went with this company and implemented them for our whole fleet. They are a true start up and all their "customer support" seems like AI responses. They dont fix anything we ask them to fix. We are considering breaking our contract and changing vendors because it is so bad. They always wanted you to use AI chats. > > I was in the Safety and DOT Compliance role with Motive.
