VoIP Anlage mit Potenzial
Im großen und ganzen ist es eine solide Telefonanlage, welche hoffentlich noch lange weiterentwickelt wird. Potenzial hat sie.
Vorteile
Das moderne Design und die einfache Konfigurierbarkeit. Die Anlage lässt sich auch mit wenig Erfahrung gut verwalten.
Nachteile
Diverse Auswertungen fehlen. Andere sind wiederum überflüssig. Die Einbindung von Busylights ist leider nur über Umwege und sehr kompliziert realisierbar. Hier kann man sich an anderen Herstellern orientieren. Die Nutzung in Kombination mit einem Terminal-Server ist hin und wieder kompliziert und führt zu Problemen.

Kritische Partner werden einfach rausgeworfen
Sehr überhebliche Unternehmensstruktur und offensichtlich wird das System und die Produktpalette ohne wirklichen Plan vertrieben.
Vorteile
Grundsätzlich eine relativ modern wirkende Admin- und Weboberfläche.
Nachteile
Steuerung von Tischtelefonen teilweise und nach Updates nicht mehr richtig möglich. Es gibt zwar mittlerweile vier verschiedene PC-Apps, aber keine bietet alle Funktionen! DECT-Telefone sind relativ unpraktisch nutzbar, viel feine Anpassung für angeblich kompatible Endgeräte nötig. Softwarefunktionen und Sprachansagen wirken teilweise nicht bis zu Ende gedacht.Als wir und mehrfach kritisch geäußert haben, gab es einen seltsamen Anruf von 3CX aus Hannover und es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir ab sofort 3CX Partner mehr sind. Auf die genauen Gründe wurde sachlich nicht eingegangen. Das vorgehen finde ich äußert unprofessionell und sehr unseriös! Wir suchen uns nun einen seriöseren Telefonanlagen-Partner.

Mit 3CX können wir von überall per Handy telefonieren, als wären wir in der Firma, einfach die App installieren und per Internet telefonieren. man kann immer sehen, wer von den Kollegen gerade telefoniert, auch Abwesenheiten kann man anzeigen.

Viele Funktionen - kompliziert in der Nutzung
Zum Teil gut, aber mit Verbesserungspotential in Anwendung und Nutzung
Vorteile
Dass ich sowohl vom PC, Handy als auch vom Festnetzteil telefonieren kann und eine Rufliste übergreifend sichtbar habe, finde ich gut. Wenn man über die Kontaktliste geht, sieht man auch direkt, wer gerade telfoniert und kann warten bis die Leitung wieder frei ist.
Nachteile
Ich finde die Einstellungen sind nicht wirklich selbsterklärend. Ich muss nicht oft mein Telefon weiterleiten, wenn ich es muss, weiß ich nicht mehr, wie das funktioniert und finde es auf Anhieb auch nicht. Dann lasse ich doch eben die Telefonate ins leere laufen. Ich denke, meine Telefonsoftware kann noch viel mehr, aber wenn man keine Stunden in das Handbuch verschwenden möchte, ist es schwierig, diese Funktionen zu nutzen. Die App auf dem Smartphone funktioniert teilweise nicht wirklich. (Entgangene Anrufe werden nicht angezeigt o.ä.)Dass man selber weiter geleitet wurde, sieht man leider nicht auf dem Telefon. Das war bei der Anlage vorher schöner, da konnte man auf dem Display erkennen, dass man nicht mehr Kollegin A anruft, sondern auf Kollege B geleitet wird. Findige Personen konnten dann direkt auflegen. Jetzt kommt es auch schonmal vor, dass man direkt anfängt zu Sprechen und irgendwann erst merkt, dass gar nicht derjenige dran ist, den man wollte. Der Angerufene sieht auch nicht mehr, dass das Telefonat von einer anderen Person kommt und meldet sich dementsprechend so, wie wenn man sich meldet, wenn man davon ausgeht, dass der Anrufer weiß, wessen Nummer er gerade anruft - auch mal ohne Namen.

Vorteile
Sein Telefon auf allen Geräten zu haben, sei es der Laptop oder das Handy, schafft eine Flexibilität, die ihres Gleichen sucht.
Nachteile
Leider kam es gerade im Zusammenspiel mit iPhones schonmal dazu, dass Anrufe nicht richtig geklingelt haben.

Leider steht nirgendwo beim Anbieter, daß die Telefonanlage noch nicht mit Windows 11 kompatibel ist. Der TAPI Treiber kann so so das Telefon nicht finden und somit auch nicht korrekt eingerichtet und konfiguriert werden. Ein Hinweis auf Ihrer Seite wäre von Vorteil!

3CX is an all-around telephony service for any organisation
So far it's good. It works 24/7 without failure. Love the support we're getting.
Vorteile
I like that 3CX works for start up and mid to large size companies. The price is reasonable. Integrations with Hubspot and other SMS apps are available.
Nachteile
There's no Caller ID feature, and no native SMS function.

Make the switch! You won't regret it!
Great, they are very dependable, we have more than 50 employees company wide who utilize this phone system.

BLF Settings- You are able to program quick dials on your phone easily from their website. They also have a mobile app that is easy to use. We record our phone calls, and with their admin console, these recordings are very easy to access.
Nachteile
Internet based. So, when the internet is down, so are our phones.

I would avoid 3CX if you are MSP. Maybe still great if you are under 10
The licenses which supposed to be free forever, all of a sudden weren't. Even after that, because everything else worked, I have grudgingly tolerated their changes and price increases until 3CX decided to go after our customers directly. I had none of that. Switched all of my customers to a competitor which allows multi tenant and perpetual license.

3CX used to be good. I was using it for 20+ of my customers and since 2015. Best feature was the clean interface.
Nachteile
3CX cancelling multi tenant version in order to make more money. After that, every change translated in to higher cost for a customer while adding a lot more work to us, MSP's.

3CX - Don't Waste Your Time or Money
I've used 3CX for more than four years, and in that time, it hasn't grown on me one bit.
Vorteile
We can use it to answer and transfer phone calls that come into the call center.
Nachteile
Where to start. It's clunky and not user-friendly. Terminology is confusing and not for lay-people. It's web-based, so any blip in our internet causes 3CX to freeze and/or die for our agents; it also causes a delay during calls, so that people end up talking over one another.

3CX is not excellent
Overall I have had more joy with Microsoft Teams telephony than 3CX. There's a ton of potential with 3CX but it has largely been quite disappointing to use and not as user friendly as I would have hoped.
Vorteile
The ability to route calls from a central switchboard to individual desktops make this software very useful in our remote working office set up.
Nachteile
The 3CX app is a chrome app that can run from the desktop. I set it to auto start and auto sign in. However there are still issues with this system. I have missed calls before and the answer machine sends to email instead of the app itself. It doesn't tell me which number is calling either.

3CX for VOIP
Overall 3CX is amazing and works seamlessly as I go about my day taking calls on my computer. There was some confusion with voicemail setup and I found the help menu to be lacking, but once I got the hang of it I really enjoy the ease and simplicity of this product.

The ability to turn my computer into a phone. I can use the number pad on my keyboard and press enter to dial.

My setup was initally confusing. I had a difficult time setting up my voicemail and my QR code would not scan on my phone.

The most easily managed telephone systems
We have switched to 3CX as an organization for several months now and we are very satisfied. Before the transition, we used open source applications and it took a lot of effort. Setting up and using 3CX was very easy and hassle-free. The best part is that it supports all vendors. Establishing links with other branches or exits and redirects is very simple. Compared to other telephone systems, the prices are very affordable. The part I like the most is the mobile application. So, if you are not near your desk phone, you can easily manage the calls, even you can manage the calls from abroad. Another advantage is video conferencing, which frees you from the licensing and financial costs required for other video conferencing solutions.

I think it's great to have software, because if you have an office in a remote location and an employee works there, you need to set up communications and buy the necessary equipment for them to use the internal phone, that's what it takes. a lot of foreign funds. However, through the application, the employee uses his computer or smartphone.

3cX for your call center and VoIP needs
Overall, I have no complaints on 3CX as we are very satisfied.
Vorteile
I love all the features of 3CX. I love how easy you can set it up, you can find the calls logs and recordings, plus it has a very comprehensive dashboard. Also, when we reach out to them to increase our accounts SC (concurrent calls), they are very responsive as they have a local partner from where I'm from and it was solved immediately.
Nachteile
The only thing I don't like about 3CX is the provisioning of the softphone as in our setup, people come and go, and we need to provision whenever there's a new employee who'll use it. I think it's better if 3CX can have the login/logout functionality on the desktop app instead of provisioning every time. But it is really negligible and not a deal breaker at all.

Call me.......The best phone system
The transfer (number port) from our old company was extremely smooth and hassle free, the business wasn't impacted at all.

The phone system appears to be reliable, and the new handsets we had installed, are very easy to use, with features such as touch screen and one button voicemail (no typing in a sequence of numbers) The display is large, and you can automatically see who is "speaking" as their name appears in red on the screen. The touch screen display can show in excess of 25 extensions numbers at a touch, no more entering extension numbers.I am also really pleased with the reports I can generate, such as the calls each employee has taken in a day, all sent via email at a time specified by you, and so easy to set up.The administration features, such as setting bank holidays, Christmas day is so much more user friendly than my old system.So far, I am very impressed, there are features I haven't even explored yet.

One major issue we found was, you cannot rewind the voicemail by seconds, you can only skip to the beginning. We have very large orders left on the voicemails, and we need to be able to jump back to hear one product. You can log on via your PC, however for us this isn't the best option.We have added a ticket and hope the feature can be included.

Easy Peasy
Overall I've liked using 3CX. Easy to use, and efficient.
Vorteile
I like the efficiency of the product. Its easy to make, receive and transfer calls using this system. No need for big bulky phone taking up more room on the desk, just simply type the number in using the numbers on the keyboard, and plug in a headset to the USB port.
Nachteile
Its not great when the internet goes down, as the calls then drop. However this is part and parcel of not having a physical desk phone.

Why change what isn't broken
Vorteile
It is handy to have my business line call and record calls while using my cell phone. I prefer to not give my cell phone number out to customers so by calling from the app on my phone, customers do not know that I am not at my desk.
Nachteile
The app for my desktop changed a few years back and is now huge. It is not very convenient to leave up on the desktop anymore as it covers a large majority of my icons. When the change happened, we also were not able to use our busy light feature anymore.

It is a great tool to have as it provides the recording and data so it is good overall.

VOIP and Soft Phones
The experience with 3cx was great, along with the company that oversaw the upgrade once everything was in place and ready to go we switched off our analogue system overnight and removed desk phones the next day.
Vorteile
The 3cx software makes remote changes a breeze. The ability to allow end users access to a phone over their computer without a physical phone saves cost of a phyisical phone. Users have reported that it is easy to use both making and receiving calls and have noticed no quality loss from our old phone system. It is infinitly easier to administer than our old system and i would not go back under any circumstances, even at the cost of my employment.
Nachteile
The software has no cons, the only issues i have with any part of this are unrelated to the software just the servers hosting and in places were physical phones are installed.

3CX offers everything you need for low budget
well it is a phone system. We use 3CX to talk to our customers, we use it as webconference solution and we use it as a very lowlevel slack alternative.
Vorteile
3CX is a solid voip solution that offers all the features and functionality an ordinary team or company needs. Installation and maintenance is simple. The webclient is getting better and better with every version. Speaking quality is great if you use the right codecs or hard phones.
We love 3CX and use this pbx since many years.
Nachteile
There is no documented API. Either something is supported or not. There is no possibility to get individual implementations.

3CX from Version 20: Best to Avoid
seems that 3CX rushed the release of version 20, launching it in what feels like an alpha stage of development. This is unacceptable for a product that should ensure reliability and continuity in a critical sector like telecommunications.

Works decent but needs to work out a few things
Overall, this system is significantly better than what we had previously. The options of having call recordings and being able to go back for quality control or customer issues is worth having the system alone. We don't have much to compare to, as our previous phone system had not been updated in a couple decades, but the implementation process was completely handled for us which made everything simple and effective. As far as things they could do better, they could work on allowing users to be able to make changes to their call forwarding or be able to block of holidays instead of having to call any changes in.

Previously, we had a phone system that was 20+ years old. Having some of the additional features like the phone call recording has been a game changer. Just the access to call recording alone has made us appreciate the switch to this new phone system.
Nachteile
There are definitely some occasional frustrating issues. The system easily glitches, and if you so much as log in to the wrong account on the 3CX app/browser, it causes the system to go down. There was apparently a security issue with their desktop app that caused some type of data vulnerability, which is not really what you want to hear for a business system. The thing that is the most frustrating is that we cannot make any changes or customizations. For instance, our phones go straight to voicemail after hours and on weekends, but we cannot go in and make adjustments for holidays, which can be annoying when phone calls are rolling over to our cell phones on Christmas or something.

A fantastic system
I use the self-hosted version with a cheap VPS and pay less than £5 a month including calls on my landline. (SIP from telnyx.com)
Vorteile
3CX is fantastic. It is a great way to spend over 75% less and get 100% more. I have an automated voice answering system that requires the caller presses 1 and if they don't it hangs up, stopping so-called spam bot calls. The system works out of the box with Yealink (which I use) and once configured is a very very wise investment.
Nachteile
3CX don't offer support themselves, you need to go through a vendor. I never needed to and nailed it with self-hosted.

The foundation of communication
Vorteile
This basically is the foundation that helps our stores operate and our customer service team too. We use it for all internal communication that needs to be done over the phone and it enables us to get in contact with our stores to address issues without any fault. Our customer service team is able to be the first line of communication for our customers so that our store members can be focused on the customers that are physically there. Very rarily do we find times where the service is unable to achieve its purpose and its ability to scale effortlessly as our organisation grows is why we have used it for years on end and will continue to.
Nachteile
It's native reporting is quite bare and for more complex reporting it requires a transformation outside of the platform to achieve so. The reporting can also be sometimes hard to maintain as you can't save reports that are only used on request requiring you to fill in all the fields and user extensions to report on. It can be also quite time consuming to make edits or changes as there a lot of nested menus and controls required that make you hop around quite a bit.

3CX is a Great Investment
Overall, the 3CX system is a great investment. This phone system has been a great product for our large school district. While there are numerous features available, I only use a fraction of these but attest to the high quality of this system.
Vorteile
There are a lot of things that I love about the 3C phone system we use at work. The feature I like most is the ability to receive voicemail through email. This convenience keeps me on top of calls and allows me to provide excellent customer service without delay.
Nachteile
The maximum voicemail is 2 minutes. I believe 3 minutes would allow customers time to provide more information which could help meet their needs more efficiently.

VoIP hosting without paying per user - good mobile apps
Moved from a hosted VoIP provider to 3CX and loved the freedom of not having to pay per user. We have 3CX host the solution so one less thing for our IT teams to deal with.
Vorteile
We can expand users and expand number of simultaneous calls without paying per user. The apps on mobile were superior to competitors. Our IT team could choose to host internally or on cloud or have 3CX host it - we like the flexibility that offered.
Nachteile
Does take some time to setup and get all the call trunking switched over and working.

3CX a good VOIP Software
VOIP is widely used today, so we needed a software to manage our calls. We choose 3CX for its reliability and its ease of use, anyone will quickly learn to use 3CX. A really good product, worth the price.
Vorteile
I use 3cx at work to make and receive phone calls. The audio quality is good and the program is easy to set and configure.
In the "mini pop-up" dashboard you can have a look at the other users and their status, make internal calls and forward the external calls.
You can set your status from available to e.g. away or DND just with a click.
I use 3CX mainly with headphones, setting the audio is quick and the call quality is good (obviously your line should be fast and stable enough). The program is automatically launched during windows startup and stays minimized in the task bar.
Nachteile
Nothing to report, it works fine, the interface is simple and clear and I like the way was made.

A Ring Ring that works well
I use 3CX everyday at work to make phone calls. The overall quality is really good, the program never hangs; it's a very good choice
Vorteile
3CX is easy to install, never hangs and it has not any heavy load on your PC. Usually it starts automatically when you login in Windows. With 3CX you can make external and internal calls, using a VOIP Phone or simply your headphones (with mic of course) attached to your PC.
From 3CX management dashboard you can create the internal numbers and the linked user, send welcome mails to make installation on client easier.
On Client interface you have many option, you can set your audio devices, change your status (eg. available, DND, out of office...) and have a loog at logs (incoming and outgoing calls).
In case of need you will easily find information on internet.

Some errors are a bit cheaty/tricky, but on internet you can easily fin the solution

3CX - The only way to manage voice calls
I'm never using a traditional VOIP desktop phone or mobile after using 3CX. This application works incredibly well regardless of how you use it. It's incredibly consistent and reliable; an outstanding product for fast-paced workplaces.

Overall, not a fan. Would use other apps or my cell phone to call people half the time.

It has a mobile app, web app, and desktop app.
Nachteile
We seem to have lots of issues with it with just making/receiving calls and that’s a simple, important thing for phone software. It was difficult to add someone to a current call, make a conference call, transfer a call. Plus, there was a vulnerability with the desktop app that I don’t believe was ever addressed.

As for the desktop app vulnerability, it was resolved, and with recent updates - especially with V20 - 3CX is more secure than ever. We recommend checking our 3CX Blogs for the latest improvements since the vulnerability was addressed.

Nos permitió sustituir los equipos de telefonía VoIP tradicionales físicos, por software de computadora facil de utilizar, ademas de que la implementación permitio ahorrar en costos a la empresa.
Vorteile
La facilidad de instalación para los usuarios que van a utilizar el software y lo intuitivo del mismo para que el usuario pueda comprender su uso de forma rapida, en este caso dicho programa esta implementado en una agencia automotriz, los usuarios cuentan con dicho software instalados en sus computadoras y en sus telefonos celulares, lo que les permite estar comunicados siempre en caso de ser necesario.
Nachteile
Hasta este momento no encuntro alguna evaluación negativa al software.

La soluzione aziendale definitiva
In generale lo trovo un gran prodotto e ben fatto. Permette un buon livello di personalizzazione, richiede un po' dimestichezza nell'installazione.
Vorteile
E' un gran prodotto che permette tanta personalizzazione all'utenza. La prima cosa ottima è che fornisce un abbonamento gratuito fino a 10 utenti. Usandolo come centralino ho trovato molto comodo importare i contatti o connettervi un server Exchange. Ottime anche tutte le regole per instradare le telefonati ai vari interni.Inoltre, è presente un forum con tanti utenti, sempre attivi e pronti a dare una mano.
Nachteile
Quello sui cui si dovrebbe ancora lavorare è la stabilita e volume delle chiamate, che sì dipende dalla connessione, ma avendo una fibra FTTH molto veloce alcune volte il ricevente non sente bene o alcune volte la telefonata si interrompe.
