Not a con, but as someone that is an entrepreneur juggling almost everything by myself, I would like to learn how to to read the metrics of the web, SEO, google, and also the revenue etc. The platform has a LOT of valuable date and insights that will help to grow the traffic to the web. But I don't know how to use it, and cant afford to pay someone to teach me or explain to me!

The team is incredibly knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues. A special shout-out to Dalmita, who consistently pulls off the impossible, delivering large projects on tight deadlines. Their reporting is second to none and enables us to own all of our data that is often withheld on other ticketing platforms. Easol is the way forward for any promoter!

Nachteile

Work needs to be done around payment plan reporting, guestlist management and chargeback defences, but other than this, its a fantastic platform
