The most complete solution out there to manage everything
Extremely happy with it. It's been more than 3 years using it and we can't imagine working without it.

It's such a powerful tool, it has almost everything I could think of to take care of my company, projects, and clients. And I say almost because, ofc, some things like invoices are being done with other apps, but ORA wasn't designed for that.
It's really easy to work together with your team using ORA, has everything you need, including conferencing tools (ditch Zoom), calendar, deadlines, projects, attachments in the tasks or projects... I find it extremely useful to work on big projects, or things with a lot of small details, not loosing track.
Nachteile
When the tasks/cards has a lot of information and comments, it can get laggy.
Also, deadlines from small tasks inside other tasks don't appear in the calendar, and that's a small problem for us.

Perfect to manage projects and tracking team time
It's a great experience, using for my company for years now.

Very, very positive! The support team is also very reactive and receptive when we needed help or when we suggested new features.

Ora is the best Project Management tool out there
Ora has been great. I keep track of all my projects across all aspects of my life in Ora and I'm able to manage a huge amount of work and tasks in a system that is easy to use and easy to navigate. In other project management software solutions I have had to incorporate tons of work arounds and compromises to get it the way I wanted, and I still had things falling through the cracks or getting lost in the layers – but not with Ora. Ora solved all of that. I just hope Ora doesn't go anywhere ever, because I rely on it so heavily to keep my life in order.

Ora is so simple to use, and so comprehensive in it's features, I was able to remove at least 3 or 4 other software solutions from my workflow and consolidate everything into one solution that met all my needs.
Nachteile
I have not had one single thing to complain about. There have been two times that I needed to contact support to fix a problem, but the problem was a glitch that was out of the ordinary and they were able to fix it for me in a short amount of time.

Ora Keeps Your Projects on Track
I love Ora, and after trying numerous project management tools, I hope to stick with Ora for a long time. I can't even start a new project in my business without planning it in Ora first.
Vorteile
I love almost everything about Ora. I especially like how you can customize so much in the platform. You can change the look of boards, the colour scheme, and narrow down your focus. It's great for staying on brand when working with clients. Plus, I can turn on or off specific settings to de-clutter my workspace.
Nachteile
I have tried numerous PM tools, but I always come back to Ora. The only thing they could improve is the support time, but even this is getting better. And they always give me quality support.

A product that finds the sweet spot between Trello and Jira
We are happy with it. I really think it offers a great compromise between features and functionality and it manages to run fast all the time.
Vorteile
First and foremost: the speed. Everything runs quickly and without errors, unlike some competing products. We also like the layout for the kanban board and it's easy to add some automation to improve our processes.
It was also convenient to migrate all departments to as it is easy to set up and work with.
Nachteile
The lack of a dedicated Linux app packaged as an AppImage or DEB for Ubuntu/Debian.
Lack of task priority as a built-in option (We created a custom field for it)
Importing all our tasks from JIRA wasn't perfect with many tasks not having crucial information and attachments while being referenced in the logs for the tasks.

A wonderful project that requires polish
Overall, a very positive experience, a very interesting product that I want to see how it will mature in the future.
Vorteile
Ora has a simple look to it, it is quite interesting how it is able to differentiate itself from other products by just being simpler.
Nachteile
Bugs and bad UX. It is easy to encounter bugs while using ora and that is definitely not good. Regarding UX, there are some cases where you click a button and what you expect does not happen. I could tell a bunch of examples, but I believe it is not needed here. If you wish you can contact me, I will gladly help. I truly like the product and I wish it the best.

I love how many features are baked into Ora. Chat, project and task management, great automations, time tracking - there's a lot there. My favorites are column actions in kanban and add task via email - these two alone have streamlined our processes and saved so much time!
Nachteile
There are some feature requests that have been in the 'requested' or even the 'planned' column for too long. Ora does update regularly - this is by no means abandonware - but I'm sure they're just tackling the most impactful and/or most requested features first (versus the ones I personally want to see).

Easy to use Kanban-style project management tool
Our business has a lot of creative minds collaborating on several projects, and before we started using Ora, project management was a nightmare. We weren't communicating well, we were struggling with 8 people on a cumbersome worksheet, missed deadlines, projects not turning out as well as we'd hoped. With this little organizational tool, things just fell into place, team members began using it right away because it's so intuitive.
Vorteile
I started using a full-sized, hang-on-the-wall sticky-note Kanban board in my office years ago. I love the Kanban concept, and to be able to have it in electronic, highly customizable form has been a real plus for my team. Instead of shooting emails or IMs back and forth, we all have access to the boards for our various projects and have an immediate visual of what's been done and what needs to happen. We can color code to prioritize tasks, and it's really improved productivity.
Nachteile
I'd like to find a way to integrate it with SalesFlare workflow, but other than that, simple is better. Ora has taken a simple concept and made it digital, without the end user having to kill an entire weekend just to figure it out. There is really nothing I don't love about Ora.

Absolutely A Must Have
The product is beautiful, responsive, easy to use and it has A TON of great features. Also the support team is super friendly and I have always gotten responses within a few minutes.

Are you considering other apps for your software development company's process management? Well, STOP! Ora is the best thing out there - period. I've been programming for over 2 decades and using various different software utilities to manage my teams, my own projects and more and Ora is by far the best platform out there today. I HIGHLY recommend you give it a go!

Literally nothing! I used to want their API but their responsive team has recently released it and oh man is it ever great!

Powerful tool
We use ora as a Kanban board to monitor our processes and also as a mean to measure the time spent for specific tasks.

It has plenty of features and continuous updates to keep it stable, making it suitable for a number of applications. The UI is really nice, several reports are available and you can track the time spent on each card

Sometimes I experienced an unexpected behaviour on Microsoft Edge, so I switched to another browser

Ora is AMAZING! It provides a great workspace platform for everything you need for task management. The design and interface is awesome and I can organize and track my work, share files and communicate with my colleagues with such ease and it is very user-friendly and easy it is to navigate, not to mention that it all happens in real time. It is a great aid in ensuring productivity especially when working in a team. My overall experience using Ora has been great.

Organization and time tracking!
Vorteile
I signed up for ora before it was released because I was trying to find something to keep me organized, keep track of time working on the various projects I have going on, and eventually collaborate with others on certain projects. I have used a lot of todo, time tracking, project management etc and some are great, some are horrible, and some are really good but are missing a piece. Basecamp for example is great. I love it for keeping everyone on the same page but it doesn't do the time tracking I wanted.
The people at Ora seem to have gone through all the software I did and came to the same conclusion, close but not quite there. I started using it for a single project and am very happy with the deceptively simple platform. At first glance it looks like a clone of Trello, but hey, whats that on the end of this task? A time tracking button! What happens when you double click the list item? Notes, due dates, estimated completion time/goal, an audit trail of every interaction with the task and by whom, and several other useful options.
While it may lack a little polish in the looks department at the moment, its pretty close and I'm very happy with it so far. Can't wait to see the polished up version!
Nachteile
The appearance could use a little more work. I love minimalism but it just needs a little more work with typography and overall look. Not being able to pick a custom background color without having a premium account is a little lame...
Haven't really noticed any cons besides that.

A Project Management Tool that Checked All My Boxes
Ora has really helped me stay organized. Which is sortof funny, because I am an organized person by nature. But, now that I'm a solopreneur with a lot of projects going on, a tool like Ora is helping me keep my sanity.
Because I can organize all my projects and tasks here, I feel I am being more productive with my work time.
Vorteile
Set up was very intuitive. I really appreciate the pre-made templates that come with it. They provided great ideas for how to setup my own projects.
The time tracker has been a big plus for me, as well as the ability to report tracked time.
The repeating tasks are very useful as well.
Nachteile
There is currently no phone app for this product. It is pending though, so, if that is done right, this tool will get full stars from me.
The repeating tasks are not created right after the initial task completion, but on the day they are set to repeat. This took some getting used to, but I guess it works ok. Just not what I'm used to from other task applications.

I am pretty happy I moved to Ora because of the functionalities.

I have moved from Trello to Ora. I still miss a few features that Trello had, but overall it has more and the user interface is better.

My Life with Ora
Moving a personal project regardless of scope and size is very easy.
For teams:
- I've easily used some of the collaboration features and splitting some tasks was pretty rewarding.
- I've never had the opportunity to suggest Ora as a PM tool for the teams where I've worked simply because the expensive licenses for the famous enterprise solutions were already bought. On occasion, I'd always suggest Ora.
Vorteile
I use Ora every day. That's because it's more suitable and featureful than any personal planning application I've met so far. I'm not saying it's a mere tool for managing one's daily activities, I'm saying that for a full-fledged and enterprise-ready project management application it allows you even that, unlike most of the big players.
Nachteile
What I didn't like about Ora, is my indecisiveness in which template to choose when I start a new project. But is this really Ora's problem or my personal trait?

Good, but could be great
Overall we enjoy using it even though we're disappointed with the chat. The lack of a documentation feature is also a downside but we know it is on the roadmap and, for the time being at least, we're waiting for its implementation.

Ease of use, without a steep learning curve. It's easy enough to quickly setup a project and create/assign tasks. Schedulling came pretty handy recently as well.
Nachteile
The chat. We were eager to move our company's chat to Ora but we find it to be unreliable. It seems like we don't always get notifications and the Huddles seem even less reliable. Whenever we tried to Huddle, we were never able to get everyone seeing/hearing each other, there were always someone who couldn't see/hear some other members.

I needed something to help me get things done. I can use this for business and personal projects. I love the agenda so I can see what’s current and coming up. Ora continues to make updates and improve their software. I use this for content creation, marketing, social media and so much more. Every aspect of my business is managed in Ora.

Excellent. I love Ora and how it helps me to accomplish complex tasks by breaking down projects into their components and helping me to organize what needs to be done, what I am working on, and what has been completed.

I love the many features that allow me to organize my lists of tasks in ways that make sense to me, and automated functions that save time and effort.
Nachteile
Ora is designed for teams of many people to coordinate and work together on a large task, where I am using it for a very small team, so sometimes getting it to apply to our smaller operation takes a bit of thought, but we are still able to make it work very well, even for one or two people instead of a team of 20-40 or more.

Ora is great App overall
Experience has been great overall. Despite the fact the company I work for did not adopt it, I still use it for my own personal use for task tracking.
Vorteile
The task manager is great. I found it easy to keep track of what needs to happen and when. The feature that attracted me to Ora was the time tracker and reporting system as well.
The interface is superb. I'm glad they updated the calendar view to allow one to schedule tasks in a similar way that a calendar works.
Nachteile
The ability to apply templates is not as intuitive or easy to use.
It's 100% based on the internet and has no offline options. Making it dependent on internet connection all the time.
An easy way to note information and memo's (web clips and notes about an item or task) is not as intuitive or easy. Like making minutes from a meeting etc
Ability to create hierarchy of information that different people would be able to view was not possible from the limited information I knew about the software.

It is pretty easy to navigate. The interface is quite nice.

I guess it's not fully developed yet.There has been several bugs this past few months. I has been causing problems with our work.

Long Time User!
Vorteile
I've been a user of Ora since 2018 and have tried nearly every project management tool on the market. Ora's pricing, feature set and customization is the best, bar none.
Nachteile
While Ora devs have been great at releasing stable and robust features for Web and Desktop, the mobile applications are lacking. Two-way calendar synchronization with Outlook and time blocking capabilities are also another area that Ora is lacking.

Ability to slide tasks or items to different columns, and customize what happens when completed items are checked
Nachteile
When the column get very full, it becomes more difficult to scroll across the screen to see columns that are not visible. This became much easier when we learned how to subsection everything appropriately.

Pretty Solid Platform
Has been a great implementation and we are getting good usage out of it.
Vorteile
Ora has a great design, is easy to use and works great for the team to use as a product management tool. Having the ability to be flexible with our board of tickets to be used for basic projects, development tickets, etc.
Nachteile
There are some small quirks that take a while to pick up but that's the same with most software. Once you use it for a week or so little search/organization features get easier to use.

Good tracking tools
One of my friends strongly recommend me to use Ora for project management.
It works well as a team working on one project.
However, it doesn't work well with my personal project.
While I'm planning my project, it helps me mentally organizing my tasks, but in real life, I use rarely to track the progress of my work. I use mostly ical to plan my task. So if the app link to ical, it'll be prefect.

4. document all progress including the finished task, you can always go back to read your notes.

Finally something that is easy
Vorteile
I tried several times to get going with ClickUp, but you need a university degree to get that going.
Ora is so easy to setup and use that you get going in mere minutes, not hours like with ClickUp
Nachteile
There's nothing that I don't like. It does everything I need it to do for me, my team and my clients.
