As a low level UX designer, I can't believe how often I come across glaring mistakes and pain points. This immediately causes me to lose some degree of respect for institution it's related to. While I may have designed some things slightly differently myself, Yodeck's UX/UI is one of the first in awhile where I have no complaints at all. What changes I would make are subjective in other words. It's an incredible value. Support is really good, and I'm impressed with the AI that's built in to support. With a few exceptions as it relates to topics, there's very little detail. It's rather broad and basic. This is entirely subjective, but I don't think the branding for Yodeck is all that great. While that doesn't matter much to me, I wonder if it was one of the reasons I had a hard time selling it to my team at first, and this is the only reason I'm mentioning it at all. > > Overall it coudn't be better. All that said, I don't know exactly what that issue was related to, and it's possible some were not logged into the correct accounts.
