The main challenge I encounter is with exhibitors, who sometimes find the Lead Gen app frustrating due to the export/import process into our CRM and the delay that comes with it, which isn’t the customer experience they’d like to provide. I’d also love the option to highlight certain speakers, rather than having them displayed only in alphabetical order.
