I noticed that while a co-organiser or organiser is speaking, the video tends to come on and go off at intervals. This is not nice participant needs to see the face of the speakers at all times especially if the speaker's video is on and enabled.

The video file in PPT doesn't work so evertime I need to play video seperately.

Using the software in conjunction with internet tabs - moving from one tab to another is very cumbersome. Having to stop sharing a screen in order to click on another screen is very time consuming. It takes 5 clicks each time.

Ability to upgrade and downgrade our account at will depending on when our next scheduled webinar was and how many participants we expected. Ease of set up and ability to duplicate previous webinars and simply change the date and time leaving all other set up the same instead of having to create each from scratch.
