Uno de los mejores beneficios que he podido obtener de Jotform es la capacidad que ofrece de poder configurar multiples cuentas de email para poder recibir consultas cuando se envian los formularios, ademas de la opcion de poder guardar el progreso del formulario cuando estos son largos. Lo mejor de Jotform es lo intuitivo que es, ademas que me ha permitido programar condiciones para los escenarios que necesito en mis formularios, de forma que puedo personalizarlos como yo requiera.

Un punto en contra de Jotform es que cuando necesito traducir un formulario, esta debe realizarce de forma manual, ademas de que no cuenta contodas las opciones y carateristicas de fuentes para ello.

An easy to use and flexible form builder.
Jotform has simplified data collection for my projects. I used it to collect feedback from customers after a product launch, and the analytics dashboard provided me with insights into the areas I needed to focus on improving. It’s a very handy tool to create forms that you would look professional and work smoothly.

I love that Jotform enables users to build custom forms via drag-and-drop functionality. I used it to create a registration form for a webinar, so the conditional logic option allowed for a seamless experience for those attending. It also integrates well with payment gateways like PayPal and Stripe.

great custom forms software that also creates apps!
so far it's been pretty smooth sailing. created some forms, turned them into apps with just a few clicks and was able to install them on my devices' home screen. It's a simple idea, but made well and is easy to use

I can create custom forms that fit my needs exactly. Very easy to use and to turn forms into apps that vendors and clients can then put on their devices and have it ready to go to do business with my company. Very useful
Nachteile
Doesn't seem to be much of that, but if I had to pick something it'd be that they advertise their company on the bottom of my forms. I understand why they do that, but it doesn't make me look professional and leaves a little bit of a bad taste in your mouth

Closing more sales with Jotform
I love it. It has been a great asset to my sales team.

I work in sales by phone. I can send my jotform link to a customer to browse the specials and order at their convenience. It is a way for the customer to "see" the specials making it easier to close sales
Nachteile
figuring out how to charge the taxes when I have more than one form. The drop down for province/state is limited to only the usa. I am not able to have the drop down work for a different country and potentially not collecting the tax

"Streamline Your Data Collection Efforts with Jotform: A Comprehensive Review"

I really appreciate Jotform for its simplicity. I mean, the interface is so straightforward, and I can just drag and drop stuff to create my forms. It's seriously a time-saver compared to other form builders out there. Plus, the customization options are off the charts – I can make my forms look exactly how I want them to. And don't even get me started on the integrations – being able to hook up Jotform with my other tools is a game-changer. Oh, and their customer support rocks. Anytime I've had a question or run into an issue, they've been super quick to help out. Long story short, Jotform has made my data collection game strong.
Nachteile
One thing I found a bit frustrating about Jotform is that in the free plan, there are limits on the number of form submissions and storage space. It can be a bit of a bummer if you have a lot of responses or need to store a bunch of files. And every now and then, I've run into some glitches or bugs while using the platform, which can be a tad annoying. Plus, there's a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced features, so it took me a little while to get the hang of things. Oh, and the pricing can be a bit confusing at times – I wish it was a bit more straightforward. But hey, no software is perfect, right? Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, Jotform is still a solid choice for creating forms and collecting data.

While the paid plans are a lot, their free plan gives you a good/robust option for someone that may only need to build/use forms every so often or send to a small amount of recipients.

A great experience with Jotform!
Overall, this is a great software. You can do so much with just a "free" subscription. They also offer online tutorials and webinars that are also free of charge. Their customer service is also efficient. A++ service.
Vorteile
I love the ability to be creative and having lots of flexibility to design forms and templates. There are so many options available even with a "free" subscription. I created a form in Jotform so my employees could sign up for a meeting date/location. When they select the meeting date/time from the drop-down box and click SUBMIT, a confirmation email is automatically sent to them confirming what they had selected. We no longer have employees forgetting what session they signed up for. This is a great function!
Nachteile
I cannot think of any "cons". The platform is very user-friendly and easy to use, even if you are a new user/novice.

He tenido muy buena experiencia usando Jotform, mas que todo por su simplicidad para crear los formularios, y la capacidad que tiene para permitir recopilar la informacion de las personas , ya sea desde el sitio web o desde la app.

Lo ventajoso de Jotform es que te permite adaptar los formularios para que contengan justo la informacion que necesites pero no solo eso, sino que tambien puedo decidir que elementos del mismo son obligatorios completar antes de finalizar.

La verdad no tengo quejas de Jotform, me ha funcionado perfectamente. Quizas el unico punto que tiene en contra es que los limites para los envios en la version gratuita son bastante bajos.

A company that takes care of you
Almost perfect experience I have to say. Although there are occasional bugs but the number of other quality elements and the platform's competitive pricing makes you ignore these occasional hiccups.

Jotform: forms the basis of great surveys
Overall Jotform is a great tool at a super affordable price and would recommend anyone looking for a low cost data collection platform.

Jotform is a great tool for creating online forms. This was particular useful when collecting colleague and client data for events and also used for surveys.

There was some limitations on the data export. For example being able to export the data in different formats such as tableau would be great.

Jotform is a very affordable and easy to use platform to build forms.
My experience with Jotform was very good. The support and customer service are unmatched. The tools that were available for the forms were easy to use and very intuitive and really there is no other form builder that compares for the price.

Jotform was very easy to use. I began building our timesheet form and within a day or so it was up and running. It has so many form tools that you can use to make your forms dynamic and user friendly. Our company has been very pleased with the created form and we plan to create even more to use internally. The people there are very helpful and answer your questions in a very timely manner.
Nachteile
The only con that I have with Jotform was a recurring error that we kept getting. I will say that they did finally get it resolved and they were very proactive in addressing it and working with us to get it resolved.

Jotform for Small Business
Overall, I am pleased with Jotform capabilities for my small business. and while the free version has met our business needs at the moment, if and when our small business grows we will continue to utilize Jotform in the future!

As a small business owner, I was looking for a product that was inexpensive for a new small business and yet provided templates to utilize for our specific needs. The product is intuitive, which provided an easy learning curve. I like that Jotform provides audit trail and it offers documents allowing signature (sign form builder). This makes sending my clients a contract for signature super easy! Jotform also provides storage to retain the documents for quick reference. They are easy to print once completed!
Nachteile
My only complaints about Jotform sign form builder, is that I can't complete the form (contract) before sending it to my clients. I have to switch the sign order, and it sends the contract to me first, where i fill out the details of the contract. Its not a game changer, but its an inconvenience. The other downfall noted was that I am not able to modify the details of the contract once completed on my end if changes need to be made before Jotform emails it to the client for signature.

Works great for our business
Jotform has been great to work with. We will continue to use them for as long as we can.

Its easy to set up a form and use it indefinitely. It has helped simplify our operations by communicating what our guys do in the field to the people in the office.

Occasionally, the email will come through without a pdf and we have to sign in online to get it. This only happens 1 out of every 200 times.

A good workflow tool that also provides data security
We began using Jotform as a way to move paper based approval workflows online. We are based in Canada and require secure file storage and guaranteed data privacy when working with student and other personal data. Of all the software options we explored Jotform provided the best user experience at an affordable cost that also met our data privacy needs for a workflow solution. It is mostly easy to use, with support documentation to guide more complex workflows. It provides a good platform for creating workflows and managing approvals and more complex processes.

Their pricing model makes it hard for multiple users in the same team to share the responsibilities of managing the forms and workflows. Each person who uses the software requires a license which can make it challenging if costs are an issue.

Jotform simplifies everything
Customer support is generally very good. It sometimes depends on the person answering, and I sometimes get different answers from different people. But, they get back to me quickly and with good information. It's a complex program, does what I need, and help is available when things go wrong.

I run a scholarship program using JotForm. We have a long application that is simple for students to complete. I share the results with 60 scholarship providers. Each one receives a different set of applications. All of this is simple to do.
Nachteile
When creating reports, fields appear in the order they were created, not the order they are listed on the application. This means it takes more time to find the fields I want to include.

Easy and Versatile Form & Survey Platform
As I previously mentioned, it's not often we have to reach out for support, but when we've needed assistance, they're pretty quick to respond and help with our needs.

I appreciate that Jotform has services available for free and more advanced features with full subscriptions. Even in its simplest form, it is a versatile platform for sending surveys and more.
Nachteile
There's been a few instances where we've been wrongfully locked out of our account and the path to resolving this isn't super clear, the forums don't say much on resolving this either. All of that to say, it's been inconvenient when it happens, but once we get in contact with their team, they've always been very helpful and quickly reactivate the account.

Best form software!
Vorteile
Jotform made the process of creating document workflows and signatures very intuitive and easy for my entire company. One software that we hold all of our client documents in that we can export and easily navigate without any confusion.

The only thing that displeased me about Jotform is that I have to pay a large amount more per month just to have one of my employees added to my account rather than giving them my sensitive login information.

I use almost for intern avaliations of presentations and documents in my job, and i think it's a valuable form of avaliation.

Very positive. It has been a life save - literally! It's helped us save hundreds of feline lives by streamlining our operation!

PAWS-OK loves Joyform! Since Covid, applicants for our rescued cats have been using our Adoption Request Form on Jotform more and more. The submissions are easy to read and for the potential adopters and they know their request is coming to us electronically, not lost in the mail!

My overall experience with jotform is excellent but mainly I like thier customer support and less pricing. Also, it has the best helpful resources for their users.

My JotForm Review
My overall experience with JotForm has been worth it. I would definitely recommend this platform to anyone who is in search of creating a form with so many templates available ready for instant use!

What I like most about Jotform is that it is concise, it is easy to work with and maneuver around (to include the tools, text boxes, etc.), and it’s one of the most efficient ways that I interact with and obtain information from people whether it’s for my business, ministry, or personal reasons.
Nachteile
What I like least about JotForm is that unless you subscribe to a monthly or yearly payment, the free trial only allows for you to have up to a certain number of forms created and when you reach that max, one form could possibly override the other form.

It is a phenomenal tool! Even with the free version it allows me to run my small business easily. They help guide you with what you want for a response, you can easily move the order, have a thank you at the end that then takes you to your own website, creating amazing foot traffic! Easy to use and looks professional
Worked as expected. Only issue is with the pricing for my specific use case (a customised form to sign for each client).
