Regarding emails going to spam, emails can end up in spam for various reasons. You can suggest checking the spam or junk folder and marking the Jotform notification emails they find as not spam. If they are using Gmail, they can create filters to prevent emails from being incorrectly classified as spam. Thanks for your feedback. Regarding on the limits you mentioned, free plan includes 10 payment submissions per month and 100 regular submissions per month. When you add a payment tool into your form, each successful payment will be counted as a payment submission. It's pretty much the same on Chrome, but a lot easier. To do that, click on the Share menu at the bottom then select "Add to Home Screen", just exactly what the popup instruction suggests.
