Review for JIRA
My overall experience with Sharefile is really great. I recommend it to any software developer.
Vorteile
I like the most about JIRA is that it is easy to use for software developer. Especially paired with Atlassian's Confluence. With Confluence, software development can be scheduled and managed with ease.

There is nothing I don't like about JIRA

Probably Fine for Developers - Not great for marketers
Overall, this seems to work well for developers. It does not work well for our marketing team.
Vorteile
I like that this software gets everybody THINKING ABOUT being on the same page. Just agreeing that we need a central source of information, priorities, and project management is helpful.
Nachteile
It's just not user friendly. I found it difficult to navigate, and I feel like I spend more time trying to get where I'm going than I do in other software.

A casual users perspective.
It's deep and software developers on my team seem to like it but so far it's not that intuitive.
Vorteile
The task management tracking function. I have received good feedback from my software development team but as a business project management tool, there may be a better option.
Nachteile
The use of new terms for old processes, i.e. Epic, Story, these are typically known as deliverables and requirements. Why complicate things?

Good tool for project management
Jira is been in the market for a while and many productivity and project time hackers will recommend this tool, it does the job and allows you to do some cool things like take actions when someone in the development team pushes code to a repo and can be associated with a specific issue.

This is not an easy start system, you'll have to take your time to learn how to use this system and make it work for your project manager.

Powerful, but messy
Overall, when me and my team tried it, we liked it a lot, but ended up missing the simplicity of devops

It's a very powerful project management system. Everything that you would ever need is right there, under one roof, ready to handle teams of any size
Nachteile
The scope of the system makes it quite overwhelming at times. There's so many features, that it can be hard to figure out how to do one specific thing.

Developing software with Jira is easy and fun
We use jira to collaborate with various software developers in order to create new exciting edutech tools for students
Vorteile
The best feature of this application is bug testing which allows the developers to find out any problems in the application before it is launched for use in the business.
Nachteile
It is difficult for a non technical person to monitor the activity of the devops team specially during integration of an new software tool.

Handy for working with external development company
We used Jira for the developing of our new website to keep up to date on what the main developer was working ok
Vorteile
Jira is a great shared workspace where I can correlate with people in other companies to work through a joint task list.
Nachteile
It has a bit of a learning curve to get used to the product, although that could be more becuase of my own inexperience with this sort of software

I'm just starting evaluating Jyra, I found it very powerfull tool for Agule/Devops, It helps me managing my project well.
Nachteile
Just starting using Jyra and none of the bad things found yet, exellent, still need more time to explore it.

Process without Pain
If you ask 10 people to define an "agile methodology" you'll likely get 12 different answers. Even in a scrum environment, every firm has their own nuances in terms of managing the backlog, how tasks are assigned to the DevOps team, etc.
JIRA has the flexibility to handle virtually every process you can throw at it.
The biggest challenge is with the administration UI for projects - you don't have to work in this area on a daily basis, and with all the flexibility the product offers, it is easy to get lost and not understand why a field, a permission, a screen, etc. shows up (or doesn't show up) where you want it to.
Overall, JIRA is an extremely valuable tool that I recommend for managing agile software development.

Best of breed
JIRA is the Rolls Royce of issue trackers. I have been using this tracker for years now in various roles and organisations, and there is just no comparison with anything else on the market. Clear, intuitive UI, multiple ways to keep the entire team easily informed of progress, share tasks, integration with code repositories and review tools, and so on. I've occassionally been forced to use other issue trackers and they just feel klunky and messy compared to JIRA.
In addition, my experience with Atlassian customer service / support has always been very good. Whenever something was unclear or we discovered a problem, we got support quickly and they solved the problem expertly.

Great tool for bug tracking
When we updated our website we were getting a lot of bugs. Jira was a great tool for our developers to track the bugs and figure out why they were happening.
Vorteile
Bug tracking works great! You can see how often and try to figure out why some bugs are appearing on your website.
Nachteile
Nothing! The tool was great, my developer loved it. We continue to use to track website bugs.

Enterprise Level Bug Tracking
As the title says, I would call this an enterprise level tool. For a company with 50+ developers, all needing to track bugs together, I think this tool would be great. For my team's use (about 10 developers), it seemed like too powerful of a tool for our basic needs.
Vorteile
It's a system dedicated to bug tracking. All metadata on the issue and team sharing needs are met with this tool.
Nachteile
Software is complex and has some learning curb. There's a lot of functionality and can be considered overkill or daunting for a small team that may just want to use it in a basic sense.

From novice to power user on my own
I started using JIRA with no training other than exposure as a user on another project. I had my project, actually multiple projects, up and going in no time. I manage a team of developers that all over the globe. The extent of the communication with my developers allowed by JIRA is what is most remarkable to me. There is never any question about tasks to be done or timelines to be met because of the transparency afforded by JIRA. My other favorite thing is the ability to compile my weekly reports for management. Simply put, it meets all of my project management and collaboration needs.

Bitbucket Review
Bitbucket is probably the best tool I've used for source code management. The UI is amazing and it is very intuitive to use. I can't imaging using a different tool.

JIRA is the best
I am a software developer and I love using JIRA. When used in conjunction with the entire Atlassian suite of Confluence, Bamboo, and git tools, JIRA has led us to achieve substantial efficiency gains.

easy to put in bug and tickets
Being able to track and follow bugs is the best part of the software. I can ask the developers when a ticket will be completed and see how long it has been open.
Vorteile
I like the ticketing system the best because you are able to track, comment and set the priority of a bug
Nachteile
I find that sometimes hard to find the functions you need and I am searching around to locate simple things. I also think that some of the words do describe buttons aren't correct and end up clicking on something that is not what I want.

Nothing beats JIRA
We use JIRA throughout our organization, across 4 locations, 25+ projects and we have tens of thousands of tickets and millions of lines of code associated with the software we develop. Our organization would fall apart without JIRA and the integrated Atlassian software such as Confluence and BitBucket. Highly recommend JIRA to anyone looking to bring order to chaos.

JIRA - For better productivity
JIRA is the main bug-tracking/requirement software. QA uses it to document bugs and keep track of the progress of a project. Developers use it to set tasks for themselves and monitor their progress. This is a great piece of software to communicate with your system developers and an ideal ticket program which has made our software run so well
