> **Vorteile**: Karani was recommended to us be an experienced missionary. It has been super helpful to us. We initially met with one hundred people in one hundred days to invite them to support us. Keeping track of calls, texts, asks, pledges, gifts, and thank you’s was and continues to be complicated. But Karani has helped us stay on top of it all and communicate with our support team in meaningful ways.

> **Nachteile**: When we began using Karani, it didn’t offer integration with with MailChimp as it does now. So we have two different databases that we manually keep in sync. New people can integrate them from the start.
