Some of the useful templates and icons/shapes are locked behind a paywall which is really annoying. The web app is also limited in function when compared to the desktop app. If your file is too large, you won't be able to open it without the desktop app. The desktop app is also only available for Windows. > > It's an pretty good diagraming application but it looks and feels a little out dated. The full functionality of it is hidden behind additonal licensing which is annoying.
