Amazing Project Management Tool
I plan a lot of projects and the ability to put all of my thoughts and details in one place makes organization and planning so much easier!
Vorteile
Zenkit has been a lifesaver for the projects that I have been managing. I am not always connected to the Internet, so having the ability to work off-line is great. It has good functionality and organizes tasks very efficiently. The navigation is also simple, so it makes learning the software easy.
Nachteile
The only cons that I could find, is that there are some minor bugs. However after downloading the updates, they were typically resolved.

Great Addition to Workflow
Vorteile
The Kanban view makes it extremely easy to view all of my projects at once. It's a big step up from my notepad!
Nachteile
Sometimes, the loading is quite slow. And, I wish there was a computer based app that could be used.

Great way to brainstorm
Vorteile
I like taking ideas from the earliest stages into an organized plan using Zenkit's various ways of visualizing.
Nachteile
I think I'd prefer additional visualization modes like you find in Ginkgo or WorkFlowy, but for what it does provide, it's still worth sticking with.

Extreme flexible , will be a game changer
You get options that no other time manager'ish tools can offer.
Vorteile
They have really got my attention with extreme flexible Kanban-ish board (more flexible than anything else I've seen), mind map, calendar and lists, all configurable. Not so much of this is new, but it's something about their approach which make me feel like this system will provide me with the scope and view I want. I'm really excited to see their next move.
Nachteile
Their still in their early start, so I expect I more cool functions coming up soon. Can be more tactile.

Best Collaboration and oganisation tool
Zenkit is much bettern than all over tools of this kind i have seen before. The features are very good and the software works fine. I love it very much and am sure it will help us to optimize the organisation of our team.

It started out as a Trello clone, and then took a life of its own, since Zenkit is so much...
It's a great way to organize and manage projects, people and tasks, as well as collaborate effectively with everyone involved.
Vorteile
Various views to examine the same data, ease of setup and use, ability to view items in Calendar format, ability to add fields, have multi-state fields, add calculations and integrations with other software.
Nachteile
Sometimes the loading time to start is a bit excessive, thus stopping and reloading is needed. More tutorial videos would be helpful, a bit more detailed. More templates wouldn't hurt either.

It really fills all the holes of Trello, but it's still young
I like the seplicity of Trello, but Zenkit has advanced funcionalities that I need a lot
Vorteile
It has all the funcionalities I need that are not in Trello: list, table and mind map views, side item editing, custom fields, filters. It's an evolution of Trello.
Nachteile
The interface is still farraginous, and not so pleasant sometimes. Android and iPhone apps are still in beta, and there is no "offline mode" on the web app.

It combines several features of other software - Trello, Asana and even Excel. Everything is visual - its important for me.
Nachteile
I would like to have native integration with Outlook calendar or Google calendar. I'm aware of zapier, but I'm too lazy to dig deeper into it.

it's the best balanced, feature-full yet easy to use app of it's class. usability is awesome, the level of integration is awesome.
Nachteile
lack of a mobile experience, this is quite ugly. Gantt charts (ok, not the typical thing... but it's a very useful representation that's quite often a MUST, a mandatory requirement, and building it from scratch separately is not cool. the "mind map"feature feels like it may use some extra work (still pretty cool, though).

More than expected.
Always the mandatory services to work and organize projects with kanban-boards, tables and lists. The flexibility to use the best method to handle the projects, tasks and "to-dos".
Vorteile
Easy to use and all required functions are working. For me, all required functions and services are available.
Nachteile
The area of improvement could be the performance for the main functions.

Extremely simple and flexible tool!
Vorteile
The variety of views (Kanban, Calendar, etc.) is very useful. It is super easy to navigate, create and assign tasks. Zenkit provides a great deal of flexibility to organize projects from small to complex.
Nachteile
There is not much negative to say about Zenkit. A minor improvement would be the ability to choose theme background color with a color wheel.

I've been using Trello for years I really like the idea of Zenkit. Zenkit added really promising features like the mindmaping , sortable columns etc
Nachteile
No smartphone application.
The cards don't always update, this happens a lot and it is really frustrating.

I think the soft can be more upper, on a level integration users talling. need a detail?

Mindmap and Kanban are the best. The optional mapping tour to the users.
Nachteile
I have a crash and software installed in my system stop sync. I lost some mindmap. I sent to tech support the matters and they work out on it. I think can add a talk chat, a video chat, a comparisson betwen maps.

It's price point. It's free to use (at least now). As far as group collaboration software goes, this has a decent set of features, and would likely be great for small to medium sized teams, or non profits
Nachteile
not quite to feature parity with the majority of its peers in the same market space. Notably, it lacks a clarity of ui that others like Quip do.

Customization options and different views such as kanban and mind map, help visualize upcoming tasks/components and leads to a better workflow.
Nachteile
Not enough focus on how it differs from Trello and other similar productivity tools, some aspects/icons not clear at the beginning, should be a little more intuitive/user-friendly.
