We established and standardized the merchandising process throughout the entire chain
When we established the merchandising department, we quickly realized the growing demand for optimization. As a completely new department in our company, we knew we needed to involve professionals and train a team of merchandisers right away to achieve an instant return on investment.While we explored various offers from companies with a strong social media presence and online reach, we needed more than that to make an informed decision. We wanted to hear from those who had already implemented a merchandising management system and experienced tangible progress. However, we mostly heard stories with no significant improvement. That's when we addressed our colleagues in the consumer electronics hypermarkets who had been using Leafio for six months and had achieved concrete results. We were thrilled to discover this solution.Throughout the project, we accomplished several key objectives, including training and assembling the implementation team, developing business processes between operational and commercial departments, and optimizing all inventories while addressing all categories of goods.
The implementation project took more than four months to complete. Throughout the process, the team was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We took a step-by-step approach to building the department within the company. As a result, the system is now focused on highly-rated goods.Currently, the categories in all of our stores are automated and all of our shelves are visible online. This means that we can monitor the sales efficiency of every aspect of our shelves at any time of the year. With this powerful tool in our arsenal, we'll be able to resolve supplier issues with greater ease during our next negotiation.
Building our merchandising department from scratch presented a major challenge, particularly in terms of staffing. Hiring our own team proved to be the biggest obstacle we faced.

We’ve reduced time spent on planogram and shelf space management

Now, we have planograms for all the stores we are presented with our brands, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all retail chains.
LEAFIO Shelf Efficiency has proven to be an excellent tool for our planogram managers. It's easy to implement and seamlessly integrates into our daily work. With the team's support, we've enhanced our displays, including digitizing planograms, transitioning to vertical displays, and increasing product facings.
