One aspect i might have liked about Zoho Projects could be its Task Management feature. This feature allowed me to create tasks, assign them to team members, set deadlines, and track progress all in one place. The ability to break down projects into smaller, manageable tasks and visualize them through Gantt charts or Kanban boards might have made project tracking and team collaboration much more efficient.

1. The UI is very simplistic and easy to navigate even when you have lots of projects and dozens of task under each one. Compared to other PM tools, it's a lot easier to connect the dots with Zoho Porjects.2. It plugs right in if you're on a Zoho environment which is a great side benefit as you don't have to spend time or worry about issues with the integration

Nachteile

It's not as well-known as some of the other PM tools like Monday and Asana, so there's fewer support docs and ideas online. We could've benefitted from the ability to exchange ideas with other Projects users.

What I like the most, is that it's much easier to use and especially introduce to workers that never even know or grasp any project management apps is. Not too mention the fact that it is very easy to train the team that having limited IT capability or knowledge.

When have multiple projects to deal with Zoho Projects helps you manage all of them easily to make sure they are finished on time. I really like that i can integrate other apps, like Microsoft 365 or Dropbox easily without any problems. Keeping track of the progress and resources needed on all tasks is important for a good workflow. Is important for to be able to assign staff from from other projects if a deadline is coming and keep track if any resources is needed. It is easy to use and assign tasks and easy for the staff update the progress.

There are no drawbacks to Zoho Projects in my opinion.
