I love the ease of use, they allow me to be a part of the feedback called Clinical Group where I get to test the updated applications before being rolled out to the general clinicians. I also make requests for added applications or to change applications. I love the subscription model where we pay per client group and not per individual clinicians. This has HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY\! I was with another EHR in the past and it was outrageous the price. I returned to Theranest after Ensora aquired Theranest and have not looked back. I also love that on the case notes I can modify the notes to meet my group's needs. Customer service is better today than in the past.
