WeTravel continues to deliver excellence for us
This is our 4th year using WeTravel and it has been SO phenomenal over the years--and continues to exceed our expectations as well!
Vorteile
WeTravel continually improves, builds useful features, and is a solid system (uptime is impeccable). We love the genuine support and service WeTravel provides. The new features make all the difference in continually streamlining our workflow as a tour company. Our Account Manager, Antonietta Robino, has been truly a valuable resource! We had a meeting today about a variety of things, but she happened to mention one new feature now provided that wound up saving us at least 20 hours of time per tour we offer! Worth the call for that feature alone!
Nachteile
I quite honestly do not have anything negative to say! Though no product is going to be perfect, we researched numerous products before choosing WeTravel. We continue to research products to ensure what we use continues to meet our needs--- and WeTravel always comes out on top for us!

An Intuitive, Reliable, and User-Centered Platform for Travel Providers
Our overall experience with WeTravel has been excellent. As providers, it has simplified our internal workflows while greatly improving the user experience for our customers. From trip creation to checkout and payment management, everything feels well thought out and efficient. The platform continues to evolve, and the proactive communication and support from the WeTravel team, again, especially our collaborator [sensitive content hidden], make us feel supported and confident in using the platform long-term.
Vorteile
What we like most about WeTravel is how intuitive and powerful it is for both operations and the end user. The reporting tools are extremely useful and give us clear visibility over payments and performance. Creating both general trips and individual trips is simple and flexible, and the ability to add custom tasks and questions has significantly improved our user journey. These features make the checkout process on our website smooth, clear, and stress-free for participants. Managing the funds we receive is also very easy and transparent, which saves us a lot of time and reduces errors. On top of that, the constant and outstanding support from [sensitive content hidden] has been invaluable, she keeps us informed about important updates and improvements that could impact or enhance our operations.
Nachteile
Honestly, there is very little to dislike. Occasionally, some advanced features require a short learning curve at the beginning, but the support team and available resources make this easy to overcome. Additionally, while the reports are extremely useful, we would love to have more detailed breakdowns; such as dropdowns showing how many add-ons were purchased, rather than only total quote numbers.

STAY AWAY! They don't release funds!
Vorteile
The trip platform is nice and easy to work with. I wish I could say the same for the main office who runs the actual company. Read our cons section below.
Nachteile
Payments and main customer service is horrible. It took days which turned into a week plus to have accounts verified. Eventually we had to refund customers and go with a different platform.

Great customer service but doesn't work well for my needs
Excellent customer service, nice payment processing. The experience has been good, just wish I could make better use of the product.
Vorteile
payment processing is convenient for me. Customer support is also super helpful. Not sure if it has been helpful in my case to not send a link to book.
Nachteile
For my needs at least, not enough flexibility to do what I need to do. For example, the ability to book a date/program in the past. Sometimes we will start students in the class and need to make booking and invoice and we are not able to with WT. Not being able to separate customers by start date/event would also be super helpful for me. I realize we are using WT as it was not intended so it has been difficult and I still have to juggle WT and a separate CRM
