You have to access it from Shopify and not from a website, so I cant get my social media manager to upload reveiws to Facebook unless i give her access to Shoipify. Unlike Yotpo, you have to manually share on FB page. The klaviyo integration is only on the $299/month power plan which is too pricey for me.

Love the review sliders that help prospective customers gage the fit, quality or anything else you’d like to set (we’re a clothing brand called TITAN and we use those, specifically)

The ease of use and management of incoming reviews is phenomenal.

Widgets on-site look clean and simple while also providing ample amount of information to customers.

I could go on, but you should try them out and see everything they have to offer for yourself.

Fantastic, easy to use platform. They are constantly improving, the back end is ridiculously easy to navigate, and customers had a high rate of writing reviews; much greater than that on other apps.

The price. For some of the base models it's just fine but I love utilizing one app for multiple elements and as Okendo expanded I wanted to use them for reviews, etc but the pricing was getting out of hand as we packaged them.

We have used Okendo for reviews for the past few years. We moved over from another platform and have never looked backed. Okendo is easy to use and the support staff are great - always ready to help! We are about to implement Okendo Quizzes and we look forward to seeing how that will grow our platform even more. We highly recommend Okendo for reviews!

Okendo was very easy to implement, and the Okendo team was super friendly and helped set up the reviews the way we wanted to. We were able to customize very much the reviews, and the team understood perfectly what we wanted from the start. The commercial offer was very good and the value for money is great. I also like the fact that you can group products to maximize the number of reviews under one item. For me it is the best app for reviews !

There are not many things that I don't like, maybe it would be nice to be able to customize a little bit more the emails but that is it !

Okendo was easy to install on our website & add to our Google Shopping feed. Customers respond to the review emails, we don't even have to offer them a discount. The review emails are easy for the customers to use & upload their own photos of the products. Love that set-up wasn't complicated - it just works

Okendo just added reporting, a feature we appreciate now, but wasn't available when we launched. We'd love if Okendo would incorporate directly with Freshdesk - our customer service app

We upgraded to Okendo to make it easier to capture and share reviews using our email system and displaying them online on our homepage and at a product level. It has been a game changer with the details it captures and customer photos/videos. An added bonus that it now integrates with Klaviyo our email marketing tool! Highly recommend!

Nachteile

We have two websites and it would be great to have the functionality to share reviews across both sites without duplication.

Love that the support staff was able to aid in the customization of the widget and review capture forms beyond the standard interface - this was a huge plus! The cost is unbeatable compared to other options out there, as we are an early stage company that is too big for most starter packs, but not big enough where the enterprise offering would appeal to us at this stage. We really feel like we can grow with Okendo, and that they will grow with our needs as well!

Small UI experiences on the backend such as total quantity of reviews in the moderation portal.
Would love to be able to access / update the blacklist on our own.

It's very easy to manage review in Okendo. Set up was simple and the dashboard is fairly intuitive. It's also great that people can rate the sizing and say if they feel it's true to size.

I can't think of anything we don't like about it. But we do still need to utilize a bunch of the features. Would be nice to get some help with surveys and quizzes.

Dashboard feels a little outdated - can only access review information via an export aside from high level KPIs. The referral platform has some improvements to make with integrating into Klaviyo and fraud detection.

I've used a handful of customer review apps, (Yotpo, Feefo, Stamped, Judge.me) and Okendo is by far my favorite. It's extremely easy to use, the user experience for submitting written reviews, plus video and images, is very well-designed. I have now implemented Okendo on 2 separate ecommerce sites, and we've been able to dramatically increase our review volume solely because of Okendo.

For our products, giving customers the ability to review product attributes (taste, effectiveness, etc) means our customer reviews even more helpful to prospective customers. Customizing these attributes is extremely easy.

The team at Okendo is also tremendously helpful and they do everything they can to make sure we are pleased. They have been one of the best support teams I've ever worked with.

Nachteile

Customizing certain things isn't always easy or accessible for non-dev users. Support has been helpful for resolving most issues.

Rewards could be a little more advanced and customizable.

I can't explain how perfect this review app is! It helped us collect over 10,000 reviews in the last 2 months and it's been the easiest app to set up! I love the sentiment functionality as it helps us assess our reviews in bulk, and you can also group-specific products together so all of the reviews are displayed in both product pages! Also, giving specific incentives for specific review types (with image, with video, etc) is incredibly easy!

Nachteile

The only change I would recommend is to be able to give a specific incentive based on the review character count. For example, reviews with less than 120 characters would receive $3 and over 120 would receive $5.

Things other than responding to reviews and question, aren't as intuitive as I would like.

Also, an annoying issue for me, is when responding to a review, if I click away in Okendo, I lose what I typed, and that's most frustrating!

Okendo is easy to use yet very powerful, customer engagement has increased with Okendo through the ability to post pictures an share their review on social media. The reviews present very well on our website with the home page carousel in addition to the dedicated reviews page and presentation on the actual product page.

There really isn't anything that I dislike, they have been incredible to deal with and very responsive to any questions.

Okendo is incredibly user-friendly, and the ability to customize review requests and display formats has been a huge benefit. The seamless integration with our existing tools and the responsive support team are definite highlights.

There isn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention something, perhaps a few more built-in customization options could make things even easier, but it hasn’t been a real challenge.

Gives me an opportunity to integrate verified customer reviews on my website to give new customers an opportunity to see what current customers think of each product. Customer service has been fantastic! They reached out to me about optimizing my usage of the service and their team made the updates for me.

The base tier plan is limiting to what I can do. I understand that it acts as an intro tier, but the fact that in order to sync reviews with my Klaviyo flows has a significant jump in price makes it not worth it at my company's early stage. The costs for a lot of the services/features is not worth it unless your website is seeing ~10K sessions/month, so as a small business that only gets ~3K sessions/month and ~50 orders per month, the cost for the additional services aren't worth it quite yet.

We've tried many different review platforms (Judge.Me, Stamped.io, Yotpo) and Okendo has the competition beat when it comes to the combination of features and pricing. Their white-glove team helps with set up to ensure that the on-site display looks great, is there to help with integrations, and is available via chat for any questions.

Nachteile

They've focused heavily on expanding to new products (Surveys, Quizzes, now Loyalty) and I think that's creating less of a focus on their core, original product. I'm concerned that in the long-run reviews may atrophy a bit, when compared to alternatives if they aren't iterating or releasing new features.

I really like how Okendo is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Their support is great and would recommend to any business looking to have ratings and reviews set up quickly.

Nachteile

I don't like that I'm not able to directly syndicate reviews with other retailers (since Bazaarvoice owns this segment), but hope that we can do this in the near future! Totally not Okendo's fault.

I work at a Shopify+ agency and we use Okendo's products extensively for our merchants. We have done 30+ installations of the various products.

Okendo is a fantastic platform that I would highly recommend to any eCommerce merchants. The features available in each of their products is well thought out and enables any merchant to create and identify Superfans.

The integration with Klaviyo in particular is absolutely invaluable. The onboarding experience is also always top-notch, and customer service is always a very high quality.

Although I am forced to fill out this section, I don't see any cons about Okendo.
