Great tool for collaborating especially for distributed teams

monday.com is a great tool to create visibility and communicate clearly the status of a project/product. It is very easy to use so the on boarding and adoption of new users is seamless. It is also great to communicate to clients the status of the project and turns long meetings to be quick, efficient and clear. As much as I hate gantt views, people nonetheless are used to see them, so I would love to see that feature in monday.com moving forwards. All and all it's a great tool, especially if you work in a company that uses Microsoft's stack (as opposed to Google), so collaborating is challenging and usually done via emails. I highly recommend to try it out!

Great Tool for Educational Organizations

monday.com provides a clean and simple to use set of tools for educational developers, schools and ESAs. The "feature" I love the most is that each board starts as a blank slate. Therefore, project leads, managers, executives, operational leaders etc. can quickly create tools to help manager development efforts, repetitive tasks, operational workflows, and even customer outreach.

Great tool to manage multiple clients and send files

This tool is a great tool that we used at The Digital Design Co. in Jacksonville, FL. We have multiple clients that we use this for to help assign projects to certain people on our team, we send client files through this system and also give and receive feedback to our customers. I highly recommend this tool for business, freelancers and anyone who needs help managing their everyday task.

I absolutely love working with Monday.com and am actually in the process of upgrading the plan. We now use it in our sales, CRM and project management. In the new situation we will also use for time tracking, custom tags and formulas. I absolutely love it. I used some other tools before but will stay with Monday.com.

Access to information is most important. That information must be readily available. Monday provides that access.

Amazing Software

This software is very user friendly. It helps with communication with our sales staff that are on the road. It makes our day easier and I'm sure we haven't even begun to use it to it's fullest potential yet.

Quick and easy tool for project management

Wonderful products which has saved me lots of time, and of my clients too.
The most amzing is the response time of their after-sales team which never (I mean never) fails to respond to me within 1 minute each time I have a question to the extend that I run out of my question inventory.

I am a corporate user in China and expected that speed of the sotware could be an issue - but very quickly it was resolved and now it runs as smooth as I wish.

We now use it for internal and external projects. It is not perfect but great to see that on-going improvements happen constantly - this is something I like which shows that R&D effort is building up, rather than dieing out in the process.

I'm A Raving Dapulse Fan!

So we've been using DaPulse for just over 2 months now. We have increased our effectiveness dramatically since this happened and I would definitely attribute a large part of that to the system!

Previously we had workflows where multiple processes were being lost between our management team and one of our main clients due to emails being missed and not loaded. Now, we simply shot those automatically onto dapulse and there is a clear track-record and adaptable data which we can then manipulate as we need. We're also able to track weekly tasks as well as overall project progress all on the same platform. What a pleasure!

Do yourself a favour...and give it a try! (And no....I don't work for dapulse, it just revolutionised my workflow and I'd like you to experience that too)

Great product, hard time getting my team onboarded

I really loved monday.com. I enjoyed the incredible customer service and how easy it was to use the platform. It really functions well as a CRM and I loved how easily deadlines can be incorporated with Google calendar. The only reason we discontinued service was because my team simply wouldn't onboard with the system. They're so used to Google Docs.

Great design and interface

My team and I are regular users of monday.com. It took me a while to find a great project management tool that lays out, in really easy-to-use format, all projects and tasks for the team. It's also easy for clients and new team members to pick up. I also like the search functionality - all I have to do is search each team member's name to see what tasks they've done and what they have to do.

One feature I really want: I would like to receive live alerts whenever a team member completes a task, because I lose track of it all.

Highly Functional CRM System

Really positive, just a bit too much for an sme on the smaller side in terms of full functionality (this in itself is no bad thing of course)

Good for agencies and startups

monday.com works well and is easy to use - the best thing is that the shared boards really help with communicating with clients. The visual setup is a big plus compared to your traditional "to-do list" style programs. It does lack certain features such as sub-tasks and bulk actions but it's still worth a try, especially if you're a company that does projects for clients.

Being a start-up mobile app tech company, monday.com has allowed us the freedom to customise our commercialization and sales department. Our team is able to keep in close communication on the projects that matter most to each of us. We can stay organized and focussed on the details while seeing the overall picture.

Perfect for our team

We're a small sales team working from different countries. monday.com provides excellent overview of the workflow. We use it mainly for tracking sales and were we are in the process. Any question I have had for customers services has been answered within minutes. Compared to the big clunky CRM systems this is by far the best I have worked in.
