Broadly helped us get more reviews!

When we first started using Broadly, we had 34 reviews on Google. We are now approaching 1,000! Their support and ease of use are great. We also like that we can pay for a full year in advance to save money.

Vorteile

Broadly is easy to use! Our customers get a notification asking if they would recommend us or not and it prompts them to leave a review.

Nachteile

There isn't anything I dislike about Broadly.

Simple Web Chat And Review Platform

We love Broadly, it's a great web chat and review platform for small businesses.

Vorteile

Very affordable way to introduce web chat, therefore getting more leads. Also a great way to ask for reviews via email or text.

Nachteile

You cannot build advanced conversation bots using their web chat, it's just a simple response and then manual follow up.

Vorteile

We use Broadly to measure our effectiveness when it comes to creating an exceptional customer experience. We set high response rate goals for our team which drives increased feedback from our customers and in turn allows us to better understand if our processes are working. Without this tool we would not be as effective as we are in exceeding our customer's expectations. Broadly is a force multiplier for reputation managment.

Sometimes the team data is not always correct or seems to be incorrect.

Amazing Results

Vorteile

We struggled for years to get online reviews from our happy customers. Once we started using Broadly it has been nothing short of amazing! We now have lots of online reviews. It is so encouraging to read the customer comments and hear how pleased they have been with our work. Our employees love reading the reviews as well - they love hearing the complements after they've worked so hard to provide a great service to them.

Nachteile

At first, I had some difficulty finding my way around the dashboard site, how to respond to reviews. But after some trial and error and time it became easy.

PPRC Kat Review

Broadly allows us to effectively and efficiently manage our client reputation. As a business that gets the majority of our clients from word of mouth advertising, this is essential to maintaining our clientele.

Vorteile

I love that the software gives us the option to intervene when a client is dissatisfied before they leave a public review.

Nachteile

Honestly, this is more of a user issue, but I don't like when we get sales messages or obvious questions in the live chat box. I wish there was a way to recommend related FAQs when they type in a question listed on the website.

Broadly Voted #1 by Window Genie for a Reason

Vorteile

Easy way to manage and respond to reviews. Requests are effortless and have really improved our online presence.

Nachteile

There was a change earlier this year where the review request was sent when the job is completed not closed. It used to be sent when the job was closed.

Achieved quality reviews we couldn't get on our own.

Very positive experience. They manage the opt outs for me. Good customer service. Simplifies a process that manually we were incapible of doing on our own. Cost of service versus labor to accomplish same thing is a bargain.

Vorteile

Am able to upload file of customers service during the week and Broadly does the rest. Requesting reviews. We went from about 30 Google reviews with and 3.3 star rating, to over 250 reviews with an average star rating of 4.8.

Nachteile

Not much to dislike. Price could be reduced a bit.

The inbox tags old Google reviews to the customer. This can be confusing at first glance because you think it is a new review.

An Honest Review

So far so good, doesn't need upkeep or anything, we just let it do its own thing. Great service software!

Vorteile

The fact that this software integrates with our scheduling software helps us out so much by making it easier to reach our customers after a service call to leave a review. Also if there is a person that did not like our service for some odd reason, it would let us know so that we can resolve the issue before it gets put on our social media platforms.

Nachteile

The pricing is good but could be better. However, the number of bad reviews that we could have received if this software wasn't in place would have cost us more in business.

Vorteile

The fact that Broadly reaches out to all our customers and asks if they'd be willing to give us a review, in several different applications, makes it so much easier for us. Our reviews increased immediately and haven't slowed down.

Overall the experience has been good not great

Vorteile

The ease of use for Broadly is what makes it very attractive. It is non-threatening to customers because we can still personalize review generation and communication, and it is easy for the technicians to learn.

Nachteile

Our experience with the customer service of Broadly has been mixed. They also make minor changes to the app with little to no warning.

Requesting reviews is easy and direct. The web site works for me and my company. Customers tell me the web site is important to them when choosing a contractor. As is the ability to search for reviews.

Vorteile

My web site, built by Broadly, gets great reviews from internet customers. I get direct emails from prospective customers while they are reviewing the site with the pictures and past reviews. I ask people all the time what they think about the website and the reviews are... that they called me!

Nachteile

I don't have anything to complain about. Maybe being able to get more location information at the initial contact.

Best investment I've made

It has been great!

Vorteile

There is no question investing in Broadly to increase my Google reviews made a huge difference in how easily we are found on internet searches, which lowers the amount I need to spend on other online advertising. It's the best money I've spent on marketing, without question.

Almost Perfect

Takes a lot of legwork out of tracking customer satisfaction

Does everything we need in terms of review requesting and tracking.

Nachteile

Negative reviews affect NSP scores FAR too much. I'm aware of how it is calculated, but one bad review out of 30 perfect ratings will absolutely DERAIL our score.

Great application but needs some work

Everybody reads Reviews

Vorteile

We are a relatively new business in pet services. We know the importance of potential clients being able to read peoples experiences. The automation of the review is so easy and we were able to build our reviews quickly.

Nachteile

The only thing I don’t care for is , the inability to turn off a request for a review if they have already provided one.

Just what you need

Having this saves us a ton of time. Easy to use, easy to implement, great to work with. We have been with them for over 6 years and plan to continue to do so.

We Love Broadly

This program is an integral part of our day and makes our jobs so much easier!

Vorteile

It came at the perfect time for our business. The beginning of Covid. Having a no contact way to receive payments is fantastic!

Nachteile

The only problem we have run into is partial refunds. Sometimes a client will order a lot of parts but return a few. In Broadley, you can only refund the entire amount. Being able to do partial payments would be helpful.

Integration never fully automated and reviews were fewer than previous methods.

A learning experience to be more hesitant to enroll in a contract from a marketing cold call.

Vorteile

It took the clients right to Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc to collect the reviews rather than their own site.

Nachteile

Customer support was unresponsive and overall poor. Integration never fully automated. Very few actual reviews were collected. It just fell really short of what was promised and there wasn't an effort to improve it after numerous requests.

hard to use the lead screen - Slow responding and hard to look up names and you end up with doubles all the time

Google reviews are a huge part of our marketing plan. With Broadly, it ensures all our customers are being asked for google reviews every time.

Nachteile

I can't think of any. If there are anything negatives, then the positives out weight the cons to the point that I don't notice them.

Good Partners

Broadly has proven to be a good partner with us for obtaining a higher volume of online customer reviews.

Vorteile

The software is easy to use and gives us a way to quickly respond to feedback, whether it is positive or negative. It has allowed us to collect more reviews.

Nachteile

As a multi-location user, one improvement we could benefit by is to have the feedback emails identified by location, as well as the service writer or sales person who helped the customer. This would save us time in being able to respond more quickly.
