Further factors considered were the scaleability and the ease of adding other departments as user. Over time, "Sophia" keeps us on track in all tech-transfer matters, IP management and agreement processing. For us, the process setup acts as an SOP and "Sophia" has become our long-term institutional memory. > > **Nachteile**: The software was, and still is, one of the most innovative and user-friendly software for IP management.
