Dieses POS ist einfach unschlagbar. Kosten sind tief und trotzdem ist alles drin was wir brauchen. Sehr einfach zu bedienen.

Nachteile

Bis jetzt nichts gefunden. Alle Funktionen die wir benötigen sind mit drin.

1. No need for sophiscated equipment to start enjoying the benefits of using LOYVERSE, an account and a tablet and one is ready to go.2. Ease of Use, its outright well designed interface, makes it easy to use and even train non savvy IT persons on how to use the POS.3. The Trial Period is good enough to test out scenerios in the everyday running of the business.4. The real-time sales summary and inventory monitoring have greatly helped with good decision making on what products and services are sold much at specific times and see how they are stocked so as we don't lose out on clients.

Nachteile

i feel like the monthly inventory management fees should be $20. Otherwise so far so good with functionalities and delivering on the features

What I like most about the software is that I can manage my products and catalog them easily, also the interface to make the sale is very friendly and attractive, allows you to add images and colors depending on the product category, which is very useful when making sales. Another very useful function is to be able to manage the point of sale remotely, and to be able to see in real time from another device the sale of products.

Nachteile

It could have more specialized functions for restaurants, is that although it is possible to work in a restaurant with the software, the software is more specialized in point of sale of a traditional store what other type of business modality, such as restaurants, could implement different business modalities to have a greater reach.

I like everything about the application, but the integration with BrandWallet didn't work for me, everything else is perfect

I couldn't figure how to manage delivery personal with this app, since they have to give them change for each delivery, so we have to keep their tab open until they settle their delivery. I need to keep track of what bills, who takes it and to close it once its paid.

Amazing FREE pos, I use it for my printshop with 2 locations and works great. Easy to track sales for the whole org, or per store. Easy to add items and set up.

There is no way to set cost % for an item, only cost by $. So items that are variable pricing appear at $0 cost.

The software is found on playstore and is able to function on phones and tablets. We have found it easy to work even without internet as we can sync the days transactions when we access internet. Records are kept safe and accurate

It doesn't have certain administrative features that would make it an all round software for an organization so you would have to integrate with other applications.

Every now and then it does not shown your sales. The update on the report seems to be delayed. Very frustrating.

Setup of the back office is extremely user friendly and easy to understand. The tablet POS is also very easy to operate and teach new staff how to use. As a manager I can make changes or setup sales from my mobile phone and staff in the store can sync the tablet POS to retrieve the slips - this is very handy if managers need to work out discounts etc.

It would be very good to have an account system as an optional addition to the product - customers can purchase on account and then down the line can make a payment towards their account.

Nosotros trabajamos con ventas en efectivo y hacemos a algunos clientes llevan al crédito tal vez tener la opción de dividir el monto en pagos A plazos o que se pueda restar de la cuenta que se le ha creado al cliente sería más fácil para nosotros que hacerlo de manera Manual .-algo que también ayudaría es tener la opción de enviar el recibo a través de whatsapp y no por correo.

No sabría decir cuales son sus aspectos negativos, sinceramente nos funciona perfectamente para nuestro tipo de negocio.

En la integracion con otras APPs disponibles hemos presentado algunos issues que al parecer no se han tomado en cuenta al momento del desarrollo ya sea por parte de la APP a integrar o por parte del Loyverse

Funcionamiento offline, integración perfecta con sumup, compatibilidad con casi cualquier impresora

No contar con un cliente para PC (windows o linux)... Tenemos algunas tiendas con terminales con windows y linux, con cajones portamonedas y pantallas táctiles pero loyverse solo funciona con tabletas y moviles

La sencillez de configuración y uso, y la integración a través de hojas de cálculo

Que no deja meter unidades negativas. Cuando se realiza un cambio, estaría muy bien poder introducir la mercancía devuelta con signo negativo. En el mismo ticket se introduciría el nuevo producto o se generaría un rembolso.Echo en falta más integaciones con otras app´s, como WhatsApp.

No consume muchos recursos por lo cual una Tablet sencilla es suficiente para colocarlo.

Lo unico que no me encanto fue el archivo de csv que se puede usar para cargas masivas del menu ya que no esta configurado para algunos caracteres especiales y al subirlo hace que aparezcan caracteres especiales por ejemplo en la Piña salia Pi$%#"a.
De ahi en fuera todo fue perfecto.
