Great platform for modern-day web-based procurement
Vorteile
Being a local, NJ-based, 501c3 organization, we were in need of an easy, streamline yet effective procurement. After quite a bit of searching, one tends to find tools which either are over-complicated or over-priced. Procurify and Procuritylite are both amazing platforms and perfect for our needs; easy to use, easy to implement, transparent and really help with the procurement process, particularly for a local grass-roots organization like our own.
As the organization President, we particular appreciate the ability to easy manage expense items and the approval process.
We are so impressed by the platform that we've recommended this to our parent organization. Well done.
Nachteile
However, the platform itself is only matched by a staff who are always accessible, friendly and resourceful.

It has been a love hate experience.
More organized orders. I can order everything from one website rather than 5-6 websites.
Vorteile
I can find items faster. I can look up SKU # or the name. I can delete something if I made an error without having to email someone and let them know to delete the order I just did.
Nachteile
The least would be how things change from one vendor to another with no notice or email. Also, I travel offices. I can not place an order if someone else is logged in at the same time and we only have a certain amount of time to get all orders in.

Works well, easy to learn, and the website scraping works shockingly well.

Budget feature isn't really used by our team which creates some odd warnings.

Improved the Purchase order bottleneck in our company
Using Procurify has eased the bottleneck of waiting for a purchase order to go through our company mail system.
Vorteile
Everything is now electronic.
Nachteile
We see the whole company's orders and PO's. I have to do a search to filter the ones I am involved with.

Procurify Review
Procurify is a great tool for our business. It streamlines the procurement process and allows us greater visibility into the purchasing function. Our receiving department is located across the country so the software helps with communication between the offices.

Procurify
I would definitely recommend this product. Once it is up and running it is a very useful tool.
Vorteile
I love the versatility of the program. It has made one of my jobs much less complicated. I reconcile credit cards for the company and this has made it much more streamlined.
Nachteile
I think the one con to this product is the amount of time it took us to get the information they needed. We were very busy and the process took us several months. I think they need to find a better solution to gaining the information they need.

It says on some reviews that this software is good compare to other supply chain management softwares and it never failed me and proved that it is a legit great software. Easy to use and very convenient.

It is a simple and user friendly software that improves the generation of a purchase order.
Cost effective and reduces the waiting time from approval of Purchase order to time goods are received.
Vorteile
It is a very efficient software tool in relation to time sensitive activities. It creates a creates a paperless trail from requesting a purchase order to receiving goods. The e-mail function of Procurify allows multiple vendors (Tier 1 etc) to be notified of the activities that are required and the associated Purchase order to complete such activities.
Nachteile
Notified by e-mail the procurement of items/products from different users of Procurify that has no bearing on the department that I work within.

Easy to setup and learn, best solution for price point
We needed to get our purchasing organized and this fit our needs. Was very easy to setup and learn. Customer service was there throughout the process and so far it's been great for our needs.

It's potential it's great for stock taking and sending to other departments of your company that you may not have even recognized before.
Nachteile
It's not customizable enough. I'd like to embed my company logo while in the field, plus add suppliers as well.

Really easy to setup and learn to use
Vorteile
We needed something simple to help organize our purchasing, and this was the best solution we found at an affordable price point. The best thing about this product and vendor is the ease of setup and use, as well as how they helped us throughout the entire process. It was much easier to complete than we imagined.
Nachteile
The only thing I would want to see is an iPad version of the mobile app.

We used this software for purchase orders last school year. It was very easy to use and help was easy to access if needed.
Nachteile
I guess it was too expensive, not sure, because my organization is not using it this year. We are using something else that is a little harder to use.

Very easy to navigate through the system
Vorteile
It is simple to use and saves time in reviewing what is being requested for approval along with the costs associated with the order.
Nachteile
It would be easier if I could just simply click on the link and approve the request but sometimes I am required to log in which takes more time to get the request approved.

Beautiful looking software with great functionality
Vorteile
Their user interface is the most beautiful, easy to use solution compared to other procurement/purchasing systems. Customer service, implementation, training, and price provide the most value as they cost 10 times less but have a better overall product.

Simplified our purchasing process / Great support
Our purchasing process was extremely long winded, but thanks to Procurify, things are so much easier and faster now. The interface is clean and fast, and whenever we have had any questions, their top-notch support team has been extremely quick to respond. I would recommend Procurify to anyone looking to simplify and streamline their purchasing process.

Our company is involved with the wholesale, distribution and manufacturing of glassware. We typically don't rely on technology but Procurify has helped to manage company spending. We moved from having to write out all our orders in books to being able to move everything over to procurify. We can now rely on a computer to do the heavy lifting.

Excitement!
Great application, save time, easy to learn and helped managed our customers expense and off-net charges. Also billing on spot/without missing due dates. Customers enjoys how you can compare charges that somehow comes up short.

Loving this System!
